كشفت التحقيقات الأمنية في المغرب ملابسات جريمة قتل راح ضحيتها رجل يبلغ من العمر 74 عاماً، بعد العثور على جثمانه داخل منزله بمدينة تيكوين، في واقعة قادت التحريات إلى توقيف شاب للاشتباه بتورطه في الجريمة.
وتمكنت عناصر الشرطة القضائية بمدينتَي أغادير وتيكوين، بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، من تحديد هوية المشتبه به وتوقيفه، ويتعلق الأمر بشاب يبلغ من العمر 19 عاماً، للاشتباه في ارتكابه جريمة قتل عمد بدافع السرقة.
وبحسب تقارير صحفية محلية، باشرت مصالح الأمن الوطني بمدينة تيكوين إجراءات معاينة الجثمان داخل المنزل، حيث تبين وجود آثار اعتداء جسدي باستخدام سلاح أبيض وأداة راضة.
وأفضت التحريات الميدانية والأبحاث التي باشرتها المصالح المختصة إلى تحديد هوية المشتبه به، قبل توقيفه وإخضاعه للتحقيق لكشف ملابسات الواقعة والدوافع المحتملة وراء ارتكابها.
وأظهرت المعطيات الأولية للتحقيق، أن المشتبه به اعتدى على الضحية، ما تسبب في إصابته بجروح على مستوى الرأس وأجزاء أخرى من جسده، أفضت إلى وفاته. ولا تزال الأبحاث متواصلة لتحديد جميع ظروف وملابسات الجريمة بشكل دقيق.
كما أسفرت عملية التوقيف عن حجز مبلغ مالي بحوزة المشتبه به، يُشتبه بارتباطه بالعائدات المتحصلة من الجريمة، إلى جانب ضبط بعض الوسائل والأدلة التي يُحتمل صلتها بالواقعة.
وتواصل المصالح الأمنية أبحاثها تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، بهدف استكمال التحقيق والكشف عن جميع تفاصيل القضية، قبل إحالة المشتبه به إلى العدالة وفق الإجراءات القانونية المعمول بها.
The security investigations in Morocco revealed the circumstances surrounding the murder of a 74-year-old man, whose body was found inside his home in the city of Tikiouine, an incident that led to the arrest of a young man suspected of being involved in the crime.
The judicial police in the cities of Agadir and Tikiouine, in coordination with the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance, were able to identify and arrest the suspect, a 19-year-old young man, on suspicion of committing murder with intent to steal.
According to local media reports, the national security services in Tikiouine initiated procedures to examine the body inside the home, where signs of physical assault using a white weapon and a blunt object were found.
The field investigations and research conducted by the relevant authorities led to the identification of the suspect before his arrest and interrogation to uncover the circumstances of the incident and the possible motives behind it.
Initial data from the investigation indicated that the suspect assaulted the victim, causing injuries to his head and other parts of his body, which led to his death. Investigations are still ongoing to determine all the circumstances and details of the crime accurately.
The arrest operation also resulted in the seizure of a sum of money in the suspect's possession, believed to be linked to the proceeds of the crime, along with some tools and evidence that may be related to the incident.
The security services continue their investigations under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office, with the aim of completing the investigation and revealing all the details of the case before referring the suspect to justice in accordance with the applicable legal procedures.
