في مشاهد سينمائية مرعبة عاشها قاطنو أحد التجمعات السكنية المصرية الشهيرة بمنطقة أكتوبر بالجيزة، كشفت وزارة الداخلية المصرية ملابسات حادثة مأساوية تحول فيها هدوء الليل إلى ساحة مواجهة مسلحة، عقب إشارة استغاثة بفقدان أحد قاطني الشقق لسيطرته على عقله وتهديد أسرته بالسلاح.
بدأت القصة عندما انتابت الزوج نوبة هياج حادة جراء مروره بحالة نفسية سيئة وتناوله أدوية مهدئة بدون إشراف طبي، ليتحول في لحظات خاطفة إلى خطر داهم، ممسكاً بسلاح أبيض (سكين) ومحاولاً الاعتداء على نجله الصغير وإلحاق الأذى بنفسه:
- تصرف شجاع في ثوانٍ: بذكاء وبديهة سريعة، نجحت الأم في حماية طفلها ودفعت الزوج داخل إحدى الغرف، ثم أحكمت غلق الباب عليه لمنعه من ارتكاب كارثة.
- الاستغاثة بالأمن الإداري: سارعت الزوجة بالهروب للخارج واستدعاء أحد أفراد الأمن الإداري بالمجمع السكني لمساعدتها في السيطرة على موقف الزوج المحتجز.
وبينما كان فرد الأمن يحاول التقدم لتهدئة الزوج والتحدث معه من خلف الباب، باغت الجميع دوي إطلاق نار مفاجئ، إذ تبين أن الزوج كان يحتفظ داخل الغرفة ببندقية «خرطوش» من غير ترخيص.
أطلق الزوج النار مباشرة باتجاه الباب الخشبي المغلق، لتخترق الطلقة خشبة الباب وتستقر إحدى الشظايا في كف يد فرد الأمن الذي سقط مضرجاً بدماء يده.
وبطبيعة الحال تم القبض على المتهم، فور وصول قوة من شرطة قسم أول أكتوبر، التي تمكنت من اقتحام المكان والسيطرة على الزوج وإلقاء القبض عليه، وضبط البندقية المستخدمة وكمية كبيرة من طلقات «الخرطوش» بحوزته، ليبدأ التحقيق الفوري معه أمام النيابة العامة.
In terrifying cinematic scenes experienced by residents of a well-known residential complex in the October area of Giza, the Egyptian Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a tragic incident where the calm of the night turned into a scene of armed confrontation, following a distress call regarding the loss of control of one of the apartment residents, who threatened his family with a weapon.
The story began when the husband experienced a severe bout of agitation due to his poor mental state and the consumption of sedative medications without medical supervision, quickly turning into an imminent danger, holding a white weapon (knife) and attempting to assault his young son and harm himself:
- A brave act in seconds: With intelligence and quick reflexes, the mother succeeded in protecting her child and pushed the husband into one of the rooms, then firmly closed the door to prevent him from committing a disaster.
- Calling for administrative security: The wife hurried outside and called one of the administrative security personnel in the residential complex to assist her in controlling the situation with her detained husband.
While the security personnel was trying to approach to calm the husband and talk to him from behind the door, everyone was startled by the sudden sound of gunfire, as it turned out that the husband had kept an unlicensed shotgun inside the room.
The husband fired directly at the closed wooden door, causing the bullet to penetrate the door and one of the shards to lodge in the hand of the security personnel, who fell bleeding from his hand.
Of course, the suspect was arrested as soon as a force from the First October Police Department arrived, which managed to storm the place, control the husband, and arrest him, seizing the weapon used and a large quantity of shotgun shells in his possession, leading to an immediate investigation with him before the public prosecution.
