شهدت ولاية تيلانجانا جنوب الهند اليوم (الاثنين) انفجاراً في أحد مصانع إنتاج الأدوية، ما أدى إلى سقوط عدد من الضحايا والإصابات.
وذكرت السلطات أنه أسفر عن الحادثة وفاة 12 شخصاً وإصابة آخرين، بينما تمكنت فرق الإطفاء من السيطرة على الحريق الذي أعقب الانفجار بعد ساعات من الجهود.
وبحسب التحقيقات الأولية، يُرجّح أن يكون سبب الانفجار تسرّب مواد كيميائية قابلة للاشتعال، فيما باشرت الجهات المعنية تحقيقاً موسعاً للوقوف على ملابسات الحادثة.
