The Al-Qadisiyah Club has completed the procedures for the joining of Portuguese midfielder Octávio Monteiro to the first football team, coming from Al-Nassr, as part of the team's reinforcement in preparation for the Saudi Pro League matches.

The signing ceremony took place at the club's headquarters in the city of Khobar, represented by the CEO of Al-Qadisiyah Club, Mr. James Piesgrove, this evening (Tuesday)

The management of Al-Qadisiyah Club expressed its happiness with the completion of the deal, indicating that Octávio's joining is part of a plan to strengthen the squad with high-quality players, in line with the ambitions of the team seeking to continue its distinguished journey in the top league.

Octávio has shone remarkably in the world of football, having participated with the Portuguese national team in several occasions, confirming his prominent role at the international level.

As for his club achievements, he has achieved significant success with his team, winning the Best Player award in the Portuguese league for the 22/23 season, securing the Portuguese league title three times, in addition to the Portuguese Cup once and the Portuguese Super Cup twice.
