اختتم الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، اليوم (الأحد)، أول ورشة عمل تطويرية مخصصة لإداريي أندية الدوري الممتاز للسيدات، والتي أقيمت على مدار يومين 6-7 سبتمبر، في المقر الرئيسي للاتحاد بالرياض، بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA).
وهدفت الورشة إلى تطوير المهارات القيادية والإدارية وتعزيز التخطيط الإستراتيجي داخل الأندية، إضافة إلى رفع مستوى العمل الاحترافي المؤسسي والتنظيمي، بما يسهم في تعزيز جاهزية الأندية وتهيئتها لتطبيق أعلى المعايير المعتمدة في الدوري الممتاز للسيدات.
وتضمنت الورشة عدداً من المحاور العملية والتفاعلية، من أبرزها: التقييم الذاتي للقيادة، الوعي الذاتي والذكاء العاطفي، مهارات القيادة التطبيقية، والتخطيط الإستراتيجي وصياغة الرؤية المستقبلية للأندية، وذلك بما يواكب أفضل الممارسات العالمية في إدارة كرة القدم.
من جانبها، أكدت مدير إدارة كرة القدم النسائية بالاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم عالية الرشيد أن هذه الورشة تمثل خطوة نوعية في تمكين الكوادر الإدارية وتعزيز كفاءتها، مشيرة إلى أن التعاون مع FIFA يفتح آفاقاً جديدة لتطوير كرة القدم النسائية في المملكة، ويساهم في دعم الأندية نحو تطبيق أفضل الممارسات الإدارية والاحترافية.

The Saudi Football Federation concluded today (Sunday) its first developmental workshop dedicated to the administrators of women's premier league clubs, which took place over two days, September 6-7, at the federation's headquarters in Riyadh, in collaboration with the International Football Federation (FIFA).
The workshop aimed to develop leadership and administrative skills and enhance strategic planning within the clubs, in addition to raising the level of institutional and organizational professional work, contributing to enhancing the clubs' readiness and preparing them to implement the highest standards approved in the women's premier league.
The workshop included several practical and interactive topics, the most prominent of which were: self-assessment of leadership, self-awareness and emotional intelligence, practical leadership skills, and strategic planning and formulating the future vision for the clubs, in line with the best global practices in football management.
For her part, the Director of Women's Football at the Saudi Football Federation, Alia Al-Rasheed, confirmed that this workshop represents a qualitative step in empowering administrative staff and enhancing their efficiency, pointing out that cooperation with FIFA opens new horizons for the development of women's football in the Kingdom and contributes to supporting clubs in applying the best administrative and professional practices.
