وبحسب صحيفة «بيلد» الألمانية، غادر كارل الحصة التدريبية قبل نحو 20 دقيقة من نهايتها، متوجهاً بمفرده إلى النفق المؤدي إلى غرف الملابس، وسط ترجيحات بتعرضه لإصابة عضلية.
من جانبه، قال مدرب ألمانيا يوليان ناغلسمان: «تعرّض لينارت كارل لإصابة في التدريبات اليوم، وهذا ليس مؤشراً جيداً، لقد نُقل إلى المستشفى وسيخضع لفحوصات، وعلينا انتظار التشخيص لمعرفة ما إذا كان سيتمكن من المشاركة في كأس العالم أم سنضطر إلى استدعاء بديل له».

Injury Details
According to the German newspaper "Bild," Karl left the training session about 20 minutes before it ended, heading alone to the tunnel leading to the locker rooms, amid speculations that he suffered a muscle injury.
For his part, Germany's coach Julian Nagelsmann said: "Lenart Karl sustained an injury in training today, and this is not a good sign. He has been taken to the hospital and will undergo tests, and we have to wait for the diagnosis to know whether he will be able to participate in the World Cup or if we will have to call up a replacement for him."
