في إطار الجهود الإنسانية المستمرة التي تبذلها المملكة العربية السعودية لتخفيف معاناة الشعب اليمني، وبإشراف ميداني مباشر من قائد قوات التحالف بمحافظة شبوة، دشن مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية، اليوم (الإثنين)، المرحلة الثانية من مشروع التدخلات الغذائية الطارئة في محافظة شبوة، بالتنسيق مع السلطة المحلية وتنفيذ الشريك المحلي «ائتلاف الخير للإغاثة».

دعم نوعي لتعزيز الأمن الغذائي
ويستهدف المشروع في مرحلته الجديدة توزيع 11,160 سلة غذائية، يستفيد منها نحو 66 ألف فرد من النازحين والفئات الأشد احتياجاً في مختلف مديريات المحافظة، في خطوة عملية تهدف إلى تعزيز منظومة الأمن الغذائي والتخفيف من وطأة الأوضاع المعيشية الصعبة التي تسببت بها الأزمة الراهنة.
إشادة بالدور السعودي
وخلال مراسم التدشين، ثمن وكيل محافظة شبوة، أحمد الدغاري، المواقف الأخوية الصادقة للمملكة العربية السعودية، مؤكداً أن تواصل دعم «مركز الملك سلمان» يعكس الاهتمام الكبير بالجانب الإنساني ودعم الفئات الأكثر تضرراً.
وأشار إلى أن هذه التدخلات تسهم بشكل مباشر في استقرار الوضع المعيشي للأسر المستفيدة وتلبية احتياجاتهم الأساسية.
وأوضح وكيل شبوة أن السلطة المحلية حريصة على تقديم التسهيلات كافة لضمان وصول المساعدات إلى مستحقيها، مشيداً بالشراكة الفاعلة مع المنظمات الإغاثية التي تعمل تحت مظلة الدعم السعودي السخي.
«التحالف» ركيزة الاستقرار والتنمية
ويأتي هذا التدشين في سياق الدور الريادي الذي تضطلع به قيادة قوات التحالف بمحافظة شبوة، والتي تمثل صمام أمان وحجر زاوية في دعم الاستقرار الشامل بالمحافظة، من خلال الإشراف المباشر والدعم اللوجستي للحراك التنموي والإنساني والمجتمعي.
وتبرز جهود قوات التحالف بوضوح في رعاية الأنشطة والفعاليات الثقافية والرياضية، مما خلق بيئة مستقرة وتفعيل مؤسسات الدولة، تأكيداً على التزام التحالف بترسيخ مداميك الأمن والتنمية والنهوض بمحافظة شبوة في مختلف المجالات.
As part of the ongoing humanitarian efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people, and under the direct field supervision of the commander of the coalition forces in Shabwa Governorate, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center launched today (Monday) the second phase of the emergency food intervention project in Shabwa Governorate, in coordination with the local authority and implemented by the local partner "Coalition for Good Relief."

Qualitative Support to Enhance Food Security
The new phase of the project aims to distribute 11,160 food baskets, benefiting approximately 66,000 individuals from displaced persons and the most vulnerable groups in various districts of the governorate, in a practical step aimed at enhancing the food security system and alleviating the hardships caused by the current crisis.
Appreciation for the Saudi Role
During the launch ceremony, the Deputy Governor of Shabwa, Ahmed Al-Daghari, praised the sincere brotherly positions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, affirming that the continued support from the "King Salman Center" reflects a great concern for humanitarian aspects and support for the most affected groups.
He pointed out that these interventions directly contribute to stabilizing the living conditions of the beneficiary families and meeting their basic needs.
The Deputy Governor of Shabwa clarified that the local authority is keen to provide all necessary facilitation to ensure that aid reaches those who deserve it, praising the effective partnership with relief organizations operating under the umbrella of generous Saudi support.
"The Coalition" as a Pillar of Stability and Development
This launch comes in the context of the pioneering role played by the leadership of the coalition forces in Shabwa Governorate, which represents a safety valve and cornerstone in supporting comprehensive stability in the governorate, through direct supervision and logistical support for developmental, humanitarian, and community movements.
The efforts of the coalition forces are clearly evident in sponsoring cultural and sports activities, creating a stable environment and activating state institutions, affirming the coalition's commitment to establishing the foundations of security and development and advancing Shabwa Governorate in various fields.
