حصل الباحث والصحفي حسام الدين راضي على درجة الماجستير بتقدير «امتياز» من كلية الخدمة الاجتماعية بجامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة، عن رسالته التي تناولت متطلبات تنمية المجتمع في ضوء تطبيقات التحول الرقمي داخل المنظمات الأهلية.
وتناولت الدراسة دور التحول الرقمي في تطوير أداء المؤسسات الأهلية ورفع كفاءتها في تقديم الخدمات المجتمعية، مع التركيز على أهمية تأهيل الكوادر البشرية وتطوير البنية المؤسسية لدعم مسار التحول الرقمي.
وأشادت لجنة المناقشة بمستوى الرسالة وما قدمته من نتائج وتوصيات تدعم جهود تطوير العمل داخل منظمات المجتمع المدني، وأقرت منح الباحث درجة الماجستير بتقدير امتياز.
Researcher and journalist Hossam El-Din Radi obtained a master's degree with "Excellent" distinction from the Faculty of Social Work at Al-Azhar University in Cairo, for his thesis that addressed the requirements for community development in light of the applications of digital transformation within civil society organizations.
The study discussed the role of digital transformation in enhancing the performance of civil institutions and improving their efficiency in providing community services, with a focus on the importance of qualifying human resources and developing institutional infrastructure to support the path of digital transformation.
The discussion committee praised the level of the thesis and the results and recommendations it provided to support efforts to develop work within civil society organizations, and approved granting the researcher a master's degree with "Excellent" distinction.
