أعلن وزير الخارجية الأمريكي ماركو روبيو التزام الولايات المتحدة بإنجاح اتفاق غزة، مؤكدا عدم وجود بديل عنه، وحذر في تصريحات له، اليوم(الجمعة)، من أن فرض السيادة الإسرائيلية على الضفة الغربية المحتلة يهدد السلام. وشدد روبيو على أن المرحلة الحالية تتطلب الحفاظ على وقف النار ودخول المساعدات الإنسانية، مع تشكيل قوة دولية للاستقرار في غزة، وأكد ضرورة نزع سلاح حماس كشرط لتنفيذ الاتفاق.
ملتزمون بإنجاح الاتفاق
وقال وزير الخارجية الأمريكي ماركو إن الولايات المتحدة ملتزمة بإنجاح اتفاق غزة، وإنه لا توجد خطة بديلة عنه، لافتا إلى أن أي خطوات لفرْض السيادة الإسرائيلية على الضفة الغربية ستهدد عملية السلام.
ووصف روبيو في تصريحات للصحفيين في مركز التنسيق المدني-العسكري (CMCC) في إسرائيل، المرحلة الحالية بأنها «أساسية» من أجل تنفيذ بقية بنود خطة الرئيس دونالد ترمب الـ20 لوقف إطلاق النار.
نشر القوة الدولية
وأشار إلى أن المرحلة الحالية تتطلب الحفاظ على وقف إطلاق النار، ومواصلة دخول المساعدات الإنسانية، لافتاً إلى أنه يجب نشر القوة الدولية لتحقيق الاستقرار في غزة في أقرب وقت.
وأعلن أن الولايات المتحدة تعمل على تشكيل القوة الدولية لتحقيق الاستقرار، وتسعى إلى تجميع الدول الراغبة في المساهمة بقوات أو موارد أو بهما معاً، إلى جانب الحصول على التفويض الدولي الملائم، الذي يضمن إمكانية عمل وتمويل هذه القوة، والقيام بعملها بكفاءة.
ورداً على سؤال، بشأن تصويت الكنيست على مناقشة مشروع قانون لضم الضفة الغربية، أجاب روبيو: «هذا تصويت في الكنيست، بعض العناصر حاولت إحراج رئيس الوزراء بنيامين نتنياهو خلال تواجد نائب الرئيس جي دي فانس هنا، ويكفي القول إننا لا نعتقد أنه سيحدث».
نزع سلاح حماس
وبشأن سلاح حركة حماس، أكد روبيو: إذا رفضت حماس نزع السلاح سيكون ذلك انتهاكاً للاتفاق، مضيفاً: لن أخوض في آلية تطبيق هذا، ولكن سيتعين تطبيق الاتفاق الذي يتطلب الوفاء بشروط معينة. إسرائيل التزمت بالانسحاب إلى الخط الأصفر، ولكن هذا رهن بنزع السلاح.
وأكد ضرورة تهيئة الظروف، إذ لا يجب على سكان غزة أن يعيشوا تحت إدارة حماس، وأن يكون لديهم حياة ووظائف، وأعمال، ومستقبل أفضل، وأن يكونوا غير مهتمين بالانضمام إلى حماس أو دعمها. وقال إن هذا لن يحدث الأسبوع القادم، ولكن هذه هي الخطة على المدى الطويل.

He warned in statements today (Friday) that the imposition of Israeli sovereignty over the occupied West Bank threatens peace. Rubio stressed that the current phase requires maintaining the ceasefire and allowing humanitarian aid to enter, along with the formation of an international force for stability in Gaza, and he affirmed the necessity of disarming Hamas as a condition for implementing the agreement.
Committed to the Success of the Agreement
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the United States is committed to the success of the Gaza agreement and that there is no alternative plan, noting that any steps to impose Israeli sovereignty over the West Bank will threaten the peace process.
Rubio described the current phase in statements to reporters at the Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) in Israel as "crucial" for implementing the remaining provisions of President Donald Trump's 20-point ceasefire plan.
Deployment of the International Force
He pointed out that the current phase requires maintaining the ceasefire and continuing the entry of humanitarian aid, noting that an international force should be deployed to achieve stability in Gaza as soon as possible.
He announced that the United States is working on forming the international force for stability and is seeking to gather countries willing to contribute troops or resources, or both, along with obtaining the appropriate international mandate that ensures the capability to operate and fund this force and carry out its work efficiently.
In response to a question about the Knesset voting to discuss a bill to annex the West Bank, Rubio replied: "This is a vote in the Knesset; some elements tried to embarrass Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while Vice President J.D. Vance was here, and suffice it to say that we do not believe it will happen."
Disarming Hamas
Regarding the weapons of Hamas, Rubio confirmed: If Hamas refuses to disarm, it will be a violation of the agreement, adding: I will not delve into the mechanism for implementing this, but the agreement that requires meeting certain conditions must be applied. Israel committed to withdrawing to the yellow line, but this is contingent upon disarmament.
He emphasized the necessity of creating conditions, as the people of Gaza should not live under Hamas's administration, and they should have lives, jobs, businesses, and a better future, and be uninterested in joining or supporting Hamas. He said this will not happen next week, but this is the long-term plan.
