أعلنت إسبانيا اليوم (الثلاثاء) إدراج الوزيرين الإسرائيليين المتطرفين إيتمار بن غفير وبتسلئيل سموتريتش في لائحة الممنوعين من دخول أراضيها.
قال وزير الخارجية الإسباني خوسيه مانويل ألباريس: إن الوضع في قطاع غزة يتدهور كل يوم في وقت يفرض الواجب الأخلاقي التحرك في إطار السيادة الإسبانية والأوروبية ووفقا لحقوق الإنسان، مضيفاً: «العملية الإسرائيلية تتسبب في عدد غير مقبول من الضحايا، والتجويع يهدد 250 ألف شخص في غزة».
وأشار إلى أن إدراج الوزيرين الإسرائيليين المتطرفين بن غفير وسموتريتش في لائحة المنع من دخول إسبانيا، يأتي ضمن الإجراءات التي اتخذتها بلاده لمعاقبة إسرائيل.
واستدعت إسبانيا أمس، سفيرها من إسرائيل للتشاور، بعد ساعات على إعلان رئيس الوزراء الإسباني بيدرو سانشيز أن حكومته ستزيد الضغط على إسرائيل بمنع السفن والطائرات المتجهة إليها، والتي تحمل أسلحة من الرسو في الموانئ الإسبانية أو دخول المجال الجوي الإسباني، كما أصدر 9 إجراءات لمعاقبة إسرائيل وحظر التعامل معها أو بيعها السلاح.
من جهة أخرى، ذكرت وزارة الخارجية البريطانية أنها لم تخلص بعد إلى أن إسرائيل ترتكب إبادة جماعية للفلسطينيين في غزة، مقرة بوجود معاناة مروعة للمدنيين هناك.
وكتب وزير الخارجية البريطاني ديفيد لامي، قبل أيام من مغادرته وزارته بناء على التعديل الوزاري، رسالة إلى لجنة برلمانية مطلع سبتمبر، معتبراً فيها أن الحكومة درست بعناية خطر الإبادة الجماعية.

Spain announced today (Tuesday) the inclusion of the extremist Israeli ministers Itamar Ben Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich on its list of individuals banned from entering its territory.
Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares stated that the situation in the Gaza Strip is deteriorating every day, while the moral duty compels action within the framework of Spanish and European sovereignty and in accordance with human rights, adding: “The Israeli operation is causing an unacceptable number of casualties, and starvation threatens 250,000 people in Gaza.”
He pointed out that the inclusion of the extremist Israeli ministers Ben Gvir and Smotrich on the ban list is part of the measures taken by his country to penalize Israel.
Spain summoned its ambassador from Israel for consultations yesterday, just hours after Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez announced that his government would increase pressure on Israel by preventing ships and planes heading there that carry weapons from docking at Spanish ports or entering Spanish airspace. He also issued 9 measures to penalize Israel and prohibit dealings with it or selling it weapons.
On the other hand, the British Foreign Office stated that it has not yet concluded that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza, acknowledging the horrific suffering of civilians there.
British Foreign Secretary David Lammy wrote a letter to a parliamentary committee days before leaving his position due to a cabinet reshuffle, stating that the government had carefully considered the risk of genocide.
