أعلن وزير الخارجية الصينية وانغ يي، اليوم (الخميس)، أن باكستان وطالبان اتفقتا على تبادل السفراء بينهما قريباً، مشيراً إلى ترحيب الصين بهذا الاتفاق واستعدادها لمواصلة دعم تعزيز العلاقات بين البلدين.
وقالت وزارة الخارجية الصينية في بيان: باكستان وأفغانستان أبدتا استعداداً واضحاً لرفع مستوى العلاقات الدبلوماسية بينهما، واتفقتا مبدئياً على تبادل السفراء في أسرع وقت ممكن، مبينة أن المباحثات بين وزيري خارجية طالبان وباكستان تركزت على تعزيز المشاركة الدبلوماسية وتوسيع الاتصالات، إضافة إلى اتخاذ خطوات عملية لتعزيز النمو الاقتصادي والبنية التحتية والتنمية.
وأكد وانغ يي خلال الاجتماع عدة نقاط أساسية، منها تعزيز الثقة السياسية المتبادلة، والحفاظ على حسن الجوار والصداقة، وتوسيع التبادلات والاتصالات الدبلوماسية، وتعزيز التعاون العملي إلى مستويات أعلى، إلى جانب مكافحة الإرهاب، والحفاظ على السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة.
وشملت النقاشات تعميق التعاون في مبادرة الحزام والطريق، وتوسيع الممر الاقتصادي الصيني-الباكستاني ليشمل أفغانستان، وتقوية بناء شبكات الاتصال الإقليمية.
من جهته، قال المتحدث باسم وزارة خارجية طالبان حافظ ضياء أحمد: من المقرر أن يتم عقد الاجتماع السادس لوزراء خارجية الدول الثلاث في كابول، مضيفاً: النقاشات جارية بين كابول وبكين وإسلام آباد في هذا الصدد، وسيتم تحديد موعد الاجتماع القادم قريباً.
في الوقت ذاته، رحبت وزارة الخارجية الباكستانية بما وصفته بـ«الزخم الإيجابي» الذي تشهده العلاقات الثنائية مع طالبان، لا سيما في مجالات زيادة المشاركة الدبلوماسية والتجارة وتسهيل الأعمال.
وكانت باكستان من أوائل الدول التي فتحت قنوات اتصال دبلوماسية مع طالبان بعد سيطرتها على كابول عام 2021، وتتبادلان التمثيل الدبلوماسي على مستوى قائم بالأعمال، إذ يشغل عبيدالرحمن نظاماني منصب القائم بالأعمال في السفارة الباكستانية في كابول، فيما يشغل سردار أحمد شكيب المنصب ذاته في سفارة أفغانستان في إسلام آباد.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi announced today (Thursday) that Pakistan and the Taliban have agreed to exchange ambassadors soon, noting that China welcomes this agreement and is ready to continue supporting the enhancement of relations between the two countries.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry stated in a statement: Pakistan and Afghanistan have shown a clear willingness to elevate their diplomatic relations, and they have preliminarily agreed to exchange ambassadors as soon as possible, indicating that discussions between the foreign ministers of the Taliban and Pakistan focused on enhancing diplomatic engagement and expanding communications, in addition to taking practical steps to boost economic growth, infrastructure, and development.
During the meeting, Wang Yi emphasized several key points, including enhancing mutual political trust, maintaining good neighborliness and friendship, expanding diplomatic exchanges and communications, and elevating practical cooperation to higher levels, alongside combating terrorism and maintaining peace and stability in the region.
The discussions included deepening cooperation in the Belt and Road Initiative, expanding the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor to include Afghanistan, and strengthening the construction of regional communication networks.
For his part, Taliban Foreign Ministry spokesman Hafiz Zia Ahmad stated: The sixth meeting of the foreign ministers of the three countries is scheduled to be held in Kabul, adding: Discussions are ongoing between Kabul, Beijing, and Islamabad in this regard, and the date for the next meeting will be determined soon.
At the same time, the Pakistani Foreign Ministry welcomed what it described as the "positive momentum" in bilateral relations with the Taliban, particularly in the areas of increasing diplomatic engagement, trade, and facilitating business.
Pakistan was one of the first countries to open diplomatic communication channels with the Taliban after their takeover of Kabul in 2021, and they exchange diplomatic representation at the level of chargé d'affaires, with Ubaidur Rehman Nizamani serving as the chargé d'affaires at the Pakistani embassy in Kabul, while Sardar Ahmad Shakeeb holds the same position at the Afghan embassy in Islamabad.
