أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، اليوم، توقيع قانون فيدرالي جديد تحت اسم «Take It Down» أو «أوقفه الآن»، يفرض عقوبات مشددة على نشر الصور والمقاطع الفاضحة دون موافقة أصحابها، سواء كانت حقيقية أو تم انتاجها باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
ويُعد هذا القانون أول تدخل من الحكومة الفيدرالية الأمريكية لفرض التزامات قانونية صارمة على شركات الإنترنت ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي، يُلزمها بإزالة أي محتوى مُسيء خلال 48 ساعة من تلقي بلاغ رسمي من الضحية، مع اتخاذ خطوات إضافية لمنع إعادة نشر المواد نفسها.
كما يجرم القانون نشر الصور والمقاطع الحميمية دون إذن مسبق، سواء تم التقاطها فعلياً أو إنتاجها رقمياً، ويُعرض المخالفين لعقوبات تشمل السجن، والغرامات المالية، وتعويض الضحايا.
U.S. President Donald Trump announced today the signing of a new federal law called "Take It Down," which imposes strict penalties on the publication of explicit images and videos without the consent of their owners, whether they are real or produced using artificial intelligence techniques.
This law marks the first intervention by the U.S. federal government to impose strict legal obligations on internet companies and social media platforms, requiring them to remove any offensive content within 48 hours of receiving an official report from the victim, along with taking additional steps to prevent the re-sharing of the same materials.
The law also criminalizes the sharing of intimate images and videos without prior permission, whether they were actually captured or digitally produced, exposing violators to penalties that include imprisonment, financial fines, and compensation for the victims.
