أعلن مركز مشاريع البنية التحتية بمنطقة الرياض عودة خدمات الاتصالات والإنترنت تدريجياً في الأحياء المحدودة، نتيجة لتنفيذ أعمال لأحد المشاريع في شمال الرياض، ما أدى لتلف في أحد عناصر البنية التحتية للاتصالات.
وأوضح المركز أنه باشر الحالة فور رصدها بالتعاون مع الشركة المقدمة للخدمة والمقاول المنفذ والجهات ذات العلاقة، ويجرى تنفيذ الإصلاحات اللازمة لعودة الخدمة بشكل كامل واستقرارها.
وبين المركز أنه شكّل فريق عمل فنياً للتحقيق في مسببات الانقطاع، والوقوف على تفاصيله، واتخاذ الإجراءات التي تضمن عدم تكراره مستقبلاً، مؤكداً حرصه على رفع مستوى التنسيق والمواءمة بين مشاريع البنية التحتية في المدينة لضمان تكامل الأعمال وتفادي أي تعارض بينها.
وأكد المركز التزامه المستمر بتنظيم أعمال البنية التحتية وتعزيز جودة تنفيذها وموثوقية شبكاتها، بما يسهم في تحسين المشهد الحضري ورفع جودة الحياة في مدينة الرياض، مشدداً على أن التكامل بين مزوّدي الخدمات والمقاولين والجهات المنفذة يمثل ركيزة أساسية في تحقيق بنية تحتية متناسقة وآمنة ومستدامة.

The Infrastructure Projects Center in the Riyadh region announced the gradual return of telecommunications and internet services in limited neighborhoods, due to the execution of works for one of the projects in northern Riyadh, which resulted in damage to one of the telecommunications infrastructure elements.
The center clarified that it initiated action immediately upon detecting the issue in collaboration with the service provider, the executing contractor, and the relevant authorities, and necessary repairs are being carried out to fully restore and stabilize the service.
The center indicated that it formed a technical working team to investigate the causes of the outage, examine its details, and take measures to ensure it does not recur in the future, emphasizing its commitment to enhancing coordination and alignment between infrastructure projects in the city to ensure the integration of work and avoid any conflicts between them.
The center reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to organizing infrastructure works and enhancing the quality of their execution and the reliability of their networks, contributing to the improvement of the urban landscape and raising the quality of life in the city of Riyadh, stressing that the integration between service providers, contractors, and executing entities represents a fundamental pillar in achieving a coherent, safe, and sustainable infrastructure.
