A collision between two trucks resulted in a fire in both vehicles on the international coastal road Jeddah - Jazan, near the Al-Mujayrmah center, 140 kilometers south of Jeddah. This necessitated the relevant authorities to respond to the collision and close the road as a precautionary measure to protect the passing vehicles on this heavily trafficked road that connects Jeddah - Al-Lith - Al-Qunfudhah - Jazan, in addition to the regions of Asir and Al-Baha. No human casualties were reported.
