The Ministry of Education emphasized the necessity of adhering to the executive procedures of the student evaluation regulation in general education and the grade distribution guide, during the unit tests in the curricula, and the electronic notification of the students' levels in all educational stages during the current academic year 1447 AH.

Improving School Performance

The ministry confirmed the importance of improving school performance by adhering to the executive procedures of the student evaluation regulation in general education, pointing out the necessity for students' achievements to be recorded from the beginning of the academic period. Teachers should document their evaluations of students daily in the student evaluation follow-up record, then summarize their evaluations and observations in the digital system at the end of the academic period, supported by evidence and documentation of the student's academic level using the "Student Achievement File." Oral and written evaluations should be conducted during the academic period after each unit of study or a set of lessons, and the grade assigned for those evaluations should be calculated by summing the grades obtained by the student and recording them in the electronic system at least twice during each academic period. An electronic notification should be issued to the student twice for each academic period, including their results in all subjects.
