استقبل أمير منطقة المدينة المنورة الأمير سلمان بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، في مكتبه بالإمارة، الرئيس التنفيذي لتجمع المدينة الصحي عبدالرحمن بن دبي الحربي.
وخلال اللقاء، اطّلع على التقرير السنوي للتجمع الصحي لعام 2024، الذي استعرض أبرز الإنجازات الصحية وما تحقق من تطور في مستوى الخدمات، بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الحياة لسكان وزوار المنطقة، انسجاماً مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
وبيّن التقرير أن الطاقة الاستيعابية للتجمع شهدت خلال العام إضافة 574 سريراً جديداً، وتفعيل 12 غرفة عمليات قدّمت خدماتها لأكثر من 14 ألف مستفيد، إلى جانب تقليص قوائم الانتظار وتسريع مواعيد العمليات، والتوسع في التخصصات الجراحية الجديدة، ورفع نسبة الحصول على موعد في العيادات الخارجية إلى 90% خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 28 يوماً، فضلاً عن خفض متوسط زمن الانتظار في أقسام الطوارئ إلى أقل من أربع ساعات.
وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي للتجمع الصحي عبدالرحمن الحربي أن التجمع عمل على التوسع في تقديم الخدمات الصحية الافتراضية بالمنطقة، إذ ارتفع عدد المواعيد إلى 145 ألف موعد سنوياً، مقارنة بـ45 ألف موعد في العام السابق، وذلك انسجاماً مع مستهدفات برنامج التحول الوطني في القطاع الصحي.
وأشار الحربي إلى أن معدل رضا المستفيدين شهد تحسناً ملحوظاً، ليصل إلى 87.24% مقابل 76.4% في العام الماضي، إضافةً إلى تطوير وتوسعة سبعة مراكز للرعاية الصحية الأولية، إلى جانب افتتاح المبنى الجديد للعيادات الخارجية بمستشفى الملك فهد العام بطاقة تشغيلية بلغت 84 عيادة تقدّم خدماتها لأكثر من مليون مستفيد سنوياً، وكذلك افتتاح العيادات الخارجية بمستشفى ينبع العام بطاقة تشغيلية تصل إلى 120 ألف موعد سنوياً.
كما عزّز التجمع الصحي قدراته الإسعافية بتدشين 15 مهبطاً للإسعاف الجوي، وإطلاق مراكز ووحدات متخصصة، من أبرزها: مركز الغدد الصماء والسكري، ومركز الأشعة التداخلية بمدينة الملك سلمان الطبية كأول مركز من نوعه في الشرق الأوسط لتقديم خدمات متخصصة للنساء وحديثي الولادة، إضافة إلى مركز التميز للقدم السكري الذي خدم أكثر من 6 آلاف مستفيد.
وفي ختام اللقاء، قدّم الحربي شكره وتقديره لأمير منطقة المدينة المنورة على دعمه المتواصل للقطاع الصحي، بما يعزز مكانة التجمع الصحي كنموذج وطني رائد في تحسين تجربة المريض والارتقاء بجودة الحياة.
The Prince of the Medina Region, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, received the CEO of the Medina Health Cluster, Abdulrahman bin Dubai Al-Harbi, in his office at the emirate.
During the meeting, he reviewed the annual report of the health cluster for the year 2024, which highlighted the most significant health achievements and the progress made in the level of services, contributing to enhancing the quality of life for the residents and visitors of the region, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The report indicated that the capacity of the cluster saw the addition of 574 new beds during the year, and the activation of 12 operating rooms that provided services to more than 14,000 beneficiaries, in addition to reducing waiting lists, speeding up surgery appointments, expanding into new surgical specialties, and raising the rate of obtaining appointments in outpatient clinics to 90% within a period not exceeding 28 days, as well as reducing the average waiting time in emergency departments to less than four hours.
The CEO of the health cluster, Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, clarified that the cluster has worked on expanding the provision of virtual health services in the region, as the number of appointments increased to 145,000 annually, compared to 45,000 appointments in the previous year, in line with the objectives of the National Transformation Program in the health sector.
Al-Harbi pointed out that the satisfaction rate of beneficiaries has seen a noticeable improvement, reaching 87.24% compared to 76.4% last year, in addition to the development and expansion of seven primary healthcare centers, alongside the opening of the new outpatient building at King Fahd General Hospital with an operational capacity of 84 clinics providing services to more than one million beneficiaries annually, as well as the opening of outpatient clinics at Yanbu General Hospital with an operational capacity of up to 120,000 appointments annually.
The health cluster also enhanced its emergency capabilities by launching 15 air ambulance landing sites and establishing specialized centers and units, the most notable of which are: the Endocrinology and Diabetes Center, and the Interventional Radiology Center at King Salman Medical City, the first of its kind in the Middle East to provide specialized services for women and newborns, in addition to the Diabetes Foot Excellence Center, which served more than 6,000 beneficiaries.
At the end of the meeting, Al-Harbi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Prince of the Medina Region for his continuous support for the health sector, which enhances the position of the health cluster as a leading national model in improving the patient experience and elevating the quality of life.
