تغلق وزارة التعليم (الثلاثاء) خدمة التظلمات على الأداء الوظيفي لشاغلي الوظائف التعليمية للعام الدراسي الماضي عبر الحسابات الشخصية للمعلمين والمعلمات في نظام «فارس». وبينت الوزارة أن الخدمة تأتي حرصاً على ترسيخ مبادئ العدالة والشفافية. وأشارت إلى ضرورة أن ترفع الشواهد في النظام بصيغة pdf والتأكيد على إرفاق جميع الشواهد والأدلة للعناصر التي وقع بها الحسم إن وجدت وعدم رفع الشواهد عن طريق الروابط أو الباركود أو صور المحادثات وكتابة إفادة واضحة من المدير المباشر والمدير المعتمد لطلب التظلم.
وأوضحت وزارة التعليم أن آلية التقديم للمتظلم تتم من خلال صلاحية الخدمة الذاتية للموظف ثم خدمات الإداريين وبعدها الأداء الوظيفي ثم التظلم على نتيجة الأداء الوظيفي وطلب التظلم.
The Ministry of Education will close the service for appeals regarding the job performance of educational staff for the previous academic year on (Tuesday) through the personal accounts of teachers in the "Faris" system. The ministry indicated that this service comes in an effort to reinforce the principles of justice and transparency. It emphasized the necessity of uploading evidence in the system in PDF format and ensuring that all evidence and documentation related to the elements that were subject to deduction, if any, are attached, and that evidence should not be uploaded via links, barcodes, or chat images, along with a clear statement from the direct manager and the authorized manager for the appeal request.
The Ministry of Education clarified that the process for submitting an appeal is done through the employee's self-service permissions, then administrative services, followed by job performance, and then the appeal regarding the job performance result and the appeal request.
