أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم، بياناً بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل قصاصاً بأحد الجناة في المنطقة الشرقية، فيما يلي نصه:
قال الله تعالى: (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِصَاصُ فِي الْقَتْلَى).
وقال تعالى: (وَلَكُمْ فِي الْقِصَاصِ حَيَاةٌ يَاْ أُولِيْ الأَلْبَابِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ).
أقدم «صباح بن عامر بن سفاح الشمري» - سعودي الجنسية - علــى قتل «عبدالرزاق بن عيسى بن عبدالرزاق الميموني» - سعودي الجنسية - وذلك بضربه بأداة صلبة على رأسه مما أدى إلى وفاته.
وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب الجريمة، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة؛ صدر بحقه حكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه وقتله قصاصاً، وأصبح الحكم نهائياً بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمــر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعاً.
وتم تنفيذ حكم القتل قصاصاً بالجاني «صباح بـن عامر بن سفاح الشمري» - سعودي الجنسية - يوم السبت بتاريخ 26 / 11 / 1446هـ الموافق 24 / 5 / 2025م بالمنطقة الشرقية.
ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن عن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين ويسفك دماءهم وينتهك حقهم في الحياة، وتُحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام علـى مـثـل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره. والله الهادي إلى سواء السبيل.
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the execution of a death sentence as retribution against one of the perpetrators in the Eastern Province, the text of which is as follows:
God Almighty said: (O you who have believed, prescribed for you is legal retribution for those murdered).
And He said: (And there is for you in legal retribution a saving of life, O you who have understanding, that you may become righteous).
“Sabah bin Amer bin Safah Al-Shammari” - a Saudi national - committed the murder of “Abdul Razak bin Isa bin Abdul Razak Al-Maimoni” - also a Saudi national - by striking him with a hard object on the head, which led to his death.
By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the mentioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in charges being brought against him for committing the crime. He was referred to the competent court, where a ruling was issued confirming the charges against him and sentencing him to death as retribution. The ruling became final after being appealed and subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided.
The death sentence was executed against the perpetrator “Sabah bin Amer bin Safah Al-Shammari” - a Saudi national - on Saturday, 26/11/1446 AH, corresponding to 24/5/2025 AD, in the Eastern Province.
The Ministry of Interior announces this to affirm to everyone the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintaining security, achieving justice, and enforcing Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe, sheds their blood, and violates their right to life. At the same time, it warns anyone who might consider committing such acts that the legal punishment will be their fate. And God is the guide to the straight path.
