اعتمدت وزارة السياحة، تحديثات جديدة على نشاط نُزل موسم الحج، ومعايير الترخيص والتصنيف، وجدول المخالفات للمرافق المخصصة لإسكان ضيوف الرحمن في مكة والمدينة، استعداداً لموسم حج 1448هـ.
وتهدف التحديثات إلى رفع جاهزية مرافق الضيافة وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للحجاج، من خلال تعزيز المتطلبات التنظيمية والتشغيلية، والتأكد من جاهزية المرافق قبل استقبال ضيوف الرحمن، واستيفاء اشتراطات السلامة والصيانة، واستمرارية الخدمات الأساسية، والالتزام بالمعايير التشغيلية.
وأوضح المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة السياحة نصر الأنصاري، أن التحديثات تأتي لتطوير الإطار التنظيمي والتشغيلي لنُزل موسم الحج، وضمان جاهزية المرافق وفق متطلبات واضحة قبل بدء التشغيل وخلاله، بما يوفر للحجاج تجربة إقامة آمنة ومنظمة. وشملت المعايير الجديدة تصنيف نُزل موسم الحج إلى الدرجة الاقتصادية والدرجة الأولى، مع تحديد اشتراطات خاصة بكل درجة، إلى جانب متطلبات تشمل المرافق المشتركة والغرف والاستقبال والنظافة والصيانة والخدمات المقدمة للضيوف.
كما تتضمن منظومة الرقابة والتفتيش مراحل متعددة تبدأ قبل إصدار الترخيص، وتمتد إلى مرحلة ما قبل التشغيل وأثناء التشغيل، بهدف التحقق من الالتزام بالاشتراطات ورفع مستوى جودة الخدمات.
وأكدت وزارة السياحة، أن تطوير معايير نُزل موسم الحج يأتي ضمن حملة «ضيوفنا أولوية»، انطلاقاً من مسؤولية ضيافة حجاج بيت الله، وحرص المملكة على توفير تجربة آمنة ومنظمة تليق بمكانتها وجهودها المستمرة في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن.
ودعت الوزارة الراغبين في الحصول على ترخيص نُزل موسم الحج لحج 1448هـ إلى المبادرة مبكراً باستيفاء المتطلبات، واستكمال أعمال الصيانة والتجهيز، والتقدم بطلبات الترخيص قبل بدء موسم الحج.
The Ministry of Tourism has adopted new updates regarding the activities of Hajj season accommodations, licensing and classification standards, and the violations schedule for facilities designated to house the guests of Allah in Mecca and Medina, in preparation for the Hajj season of 1448 AH.
The updates aim to enhance the readiness of hospitality facilities and improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims by strengthening regulatory and operational requirements, ensuring the readiness of facilities before receiving the guests of Allah, meeting safety and maintenance requirements, ensuring the continuity of essential services, and adhering to operational standards.
The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Tourism, Nasr Al-Ansari, clarified that the updates are intended to develop the regulatory and operational framework for Hajj season accommodations and ensure the readiness of facilities according to clear requirements before and during operations, providing pilgrims with a safe and organized lodging experience. The new standards classify Hajj season accommodations into economic and first-class categories, with specific requirements for each category, in addition to requirements covering shared facilities, rooms, reception, cleanliness, maintenance, and services provided to guests.
The monitoring and inspection system also includes multiple stages that begin before issuing the license and extend to the pre-operational and operational phases, aimed at verifying compliance with requirements and raising the quality of services.
The Ministry of Tourism confirmed that the development of Hajj season accommodation standards is part of the "Our Guests Are a Priority" campaign, stemming from the responsibility of hosting the pilgrims of the House of Allah and the Kingdom's commitment to providing a safe and organized experience that befits its status and ongoing efforts in serving the guests of Allah.
The ministry urged those wishing to obtain a license for Hajj season accommodations for 1448 AH to take the initiative early to fulfill the requirements, complete maintenance and preparations, and submit licensing applications before the start of the Hajj season.
