أسفرت الحملات الميدانية المشتركة لمتابعة وضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود، التي تمت في مناطق المملكة كافة، للفترة من 28/ 5/ 2026م إلى 3/ 6/ 2026م، عن ضبط 7,760 مخالفاً؛ منهم 4,060 مخالفاً لنظام الإقامة، و2,574 مخالفاً لنظام أمن الحدود، و1,126 مخالفاً لنظام العمل.
وبلغ إجمالي من تم ضبطهم خلال محاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى داخل المملكة 1,184 شخصاً؛ 28% منهم يمنيو الجنسية، و70% إثيوبيو الجنسية، وجنسيات أخرى 02%، كما تم ضبط 25 شخصاً لمحاولتهم عبور الحدود إلى خارج المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية.
كما تم ضبط 16 متورطاً في نقل وإيواء وتشغيل مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود والتستر عليهم.
وبلغ إجمالي من يتم إخضاعهم حالياً لإجراءات تنفيذ الأنظمة 21,774 وافداً مخالفاً؛ منهم 20,455 رجلاً، و1,319 امرأة.
وطبقاً لبيان وزارة الداخلية، أحيل 14,495 مخالفاً لبعثاتهم الدبلوماسية للحصول على وثائق سفر، و850 مخالفاً لاستكمال حجوزات سفرهم، وترحيل 4,690 مخالفاً.
وأكدت وزارة الداخلية أن كل من يسهل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود للمملكة أو نقلهم داخلها أو يوفر لهم المأوى أو يقدم لهم أي مساعدة أو خدمة بأي شكل من الأشكال، يعرض نفسه لعقوبات تصل إلى السجن مدة 15 سنة، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى مليون ريال، ومصادرة وسيلة النقل والسكن المستخدم للإيواء، إضافة إلى التشهير به.
وأوضحت أن هذه الجريمة تعد من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف، والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة.
The joint field campaigns to monitor and apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations, which took place in all regions of the Kingdom from 28/5/2026 to 3/6/2026, resulted in the apprehension of 7,760 violators; among them, 4,060 were violating residency regulations, 2,574 were violating border security regulations, and 1,126 were violating labor regulations.
The total number of individuals apprehended while attempting to cross the borders into the Kingdom was 1,184; 28% of them were of Yemeni nationality, 70% were of Ethiopian nationality, and 2% were of other nationalities. Additionally, 25 individuals were apprehended for attempting to cross the borders out of the Kingdom in an irregular manner.
Furthermore, 16 individuals were apprehended for their involvement in transporting, sheltering, and employing violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations and for concealing them.
The total number of individuals currently undergoing enforcement procedures is 21,774 violators; among them, 20,455 are men and 1,319 are women.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Interior, 14,495 violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, 850 violators were referred to complete their travel bookings, and 4,690 violators were deported.
The Ministry of Interior emphasized that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of border security regulations into the Kingdom, transports them within it, provides them with shelter, or offers them any assistance or service in any form is subject to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the means of transport and accommodation used for sheltering, in addition to publicizing their actions.
It clarified that this crime is considered one of the major offenses that warrant detention and is detrimental to honor and integrity.
