أعلنت الهيئة العامة للإحصاء، إصدار نشرة الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في المملكة لشهر أكتوبر 2025.
ووفقاً لنتائج النشرة، سجَّل الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء في المملكة ارتفاعاً نسبته 1.0% خلال أكتوبر 2025 مقارنةً بنظيره من العام الماضي، ويعزى ذلك إلى ارتفاع تكاليف القطاع السكني بنسبة 1.0% والقطاع غير السكني 0.9%.
وعلى أساس شهري، سجَّلت تكاليف البناء في القطاع السكني استقراراً في الأسعار لشهر أكتوبر 2025 مقارنة بشهر سبتمبر من العام نفسه، ويعزى ذلك بشكل أساس إلى استقرار تكاليف القطاع السكني وتكاليف القطاع غير السكني على أساس شهري، إذ لم يسجلا أي تغير نسبي يُذكر.
يُذكر أن الرقم القياسي لتكاليف البناء (CCI)، يعكس تحركات الأسعار لمدخلات البناء عبر 51 بنداً من السلع والخدمات، يتم جمع أسعارها بشكل شهري من مختلف مناطق المملكة وحُددت سنة 2023 سنةَ أساسٍ لقياس هذا المؤشر.
The General Authority for Statistics announced the release of the Construction Cost Index bulletin for the Kingdom for October 2025.
According to the results of the bulletin, the Construction Cost Index in the Kingdom recorded an increase of 1.0% in October 2025 compared to the same month last year, attributed to a rise in residential sector costs by 1.0% and non-residential sector costs by 0.9%.
On a monthly basis, construction costs in the residential sector showed price stability for October 2025 compared to September of the same year, primarily due to the stability of costs in both the residential and non-residential sectors on a monthly basis, as neither recorded any significant relative change.
It is worth mentioning that the Construction Cost Index (CCI) reflects price movements for construction inputs across 51 items of goods and services, with prices collected monthly from various regions of the Kingdom, and the year 2023 has been set as the base year for measuring this index.
