دخلت حرب إيران مرحلة جديدة مع إعلان الولايات المتحدة «يوم الإنزال الاقتصادي»، في إطار حملة تستهدف فرض ما تصفه واشنطن بـ«أقسى العقوبات في التاريخ» على طهران، وسط رهان أمريكي على تعاون الصين لإنجاحها، في وقت حذر الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب من استمرار التعاون اقتصادياً مع الإيرانيين.
وقال الرئيس الإيراني مسعود بيزشكيان، اليوم (الجمعة)، إن «على إيران إنهاء الحرب الآن وهي في موقع قوة»، زاعماً أن «العالم بات يعترف بانتصار طهران»، بحسب ما أوردت وكالة «إيسنا» المحلية.
فيما اعتبر رئيس أركان القوات المسلحة الإيرانية علي عبد اللهي، أن رد طهران على أي تهديدات أمريكية جديدة سيكون «مدمراً» و«واسع النطاق»، بحسب ما أوردت وكالة «رويترز» عن وسائل إعلام إيرانية.
وأضاف أن القوات المسلحة الإيرانية، بما تمتلكه من جاهزية على المستويات البرية والبحرية والجوية والدفاع الجوي والفضاء السيبراني، سترد على أي تهديدات جديدة.
وأشار رئيس البرلمان الإيراني محمد باقر قاليباف، إلى أن على بلاده التخطيط من أجل التغلب على العقوبات التي تفرضها الولايات المتحدة، بحسب ما أوردت وسائل إعلام إيرانية.
وجاءت تصريحات قاليباف خلال مشاركته في لقاء للفاعلين الاقتصاديين الإيرانيين والعراقيين في بغداد. وكان وزير الخزانة الأمريكي سكوت بيسنت قال إن واشنطن ستفرض أقسى العقوبات على إيران.
في غضون ذلك، بدأت حاملة الطائرات الأمريكية «أبراهام لينكولن» رحلة العودة إلى الولايات المتحدة، وفق ما نقلت شبكة CNN عن مصدر مطلع، بعد وصول حاملة الطائرات «جورج واشنطن» إلى الشرق الأوسط.
ومع ذلك، لا تزال «لينكولن» في منطقة عمليات الأسطول الخامس، ما يعني أنها لم تغادر بعد نطاق مسؤولية القيادة المركزية الأمريكية، وفق ما قال مسؤول أمريكي لـCNN.
وأمضت «لينكولن» فترة انتشار طويلة في البحر خلال حرب إيران، ما أثار مخاوف لدى مشرعين وعائلات عسكريين بعد تقارير تحدثت عن تدهور الحالة النفسية لأفراد الطاقم والظروف على متن الحاملة.
The Iran war has entered a new phase with the United States announcing the "Economic Landing Day," as part of a campaign aimed at imposing what Washington describes as "the harshest sanctions in history" on Tehran, amid an American bet on China's cooperation to make it successful, at a time when President Donald Trump warned against continued economic cooperation with the Iranians.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated today (Friday) that "Iran must end the war now while it is in a position of strength," claiming that "the world has come to recognize Tehran's victory," according to the local news agency "ISNA."
Meanwhile, the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Ali Abdollahi, considered that Tehran's response to any new American threats would be "devastating" and "widespread," according to what the "Reuters" agency reported from Iranian media.
He added that the Iranian armed forces, with their readiness at land, sea, air, air defense, and cyber space levels, will respond to any new threats.
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf pointed out that his country needs to plan to overcome the sanctions imposed by the United States, according to what Iranian media reported.
Qalibaf's statements came during his participation in a meeting with Iranian and Iraqi economic actors in Baghdad. U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Piesen stated that Washington would impose the harshest sanctions on Iran.
In the meantime, the U.S. aircraft carrier "Abraham Lincoln" has begun its journey back to the United States, according to a source familiar with the matter reported by CNN, after the arrival of the aircraft carrier "George Washington" in the Middle East.
However, "Lincoln" remains in the operational area of the Fifth Fleet, meaning it has not yet left the scope of responsibility of the U.S. Central Command, according to an American official speaking to CNN.
"Lincoln" has spent a long deployment period at sea during the Iran war, raising concerns among lawmakers and military families following reports of deteriorating mental health among crew members and conditions aboard the carrier.
