تراجعت أسعار الذهب اليوم، بعد أن سجّلت أدنى مستوى لها في سبعة أشهر في الجلسة السابقة، تحت ضغط ارتفاع عوائد سندات الخزانة الأمريكية.
وانخفض سعر الذهب في المعاملات الفورية 0.7% إلى 3979.41 دولار للأوقية (الأونصة).
وفقدت العقود الأمريكية الآجلة للذهب تسليم أغسطس 1.1% إلى 3992.70 دولار اليوم.
وتراجع سعر الذهب في الجلسة السابقة إلى 3942.99 دولار للأوقية، وهو أدنى مستوى له منذ نوفمبر.
وفي المعادن النفيسة الأخرى، انخفض سعر الفضة بالمعاملات الفورية 1.4% إلى 57.75 دولار للأوقية، وتراجع سعر البلاتين 0.6% إلى 1542 دولارا، بعد أن سجّل أدنى مستوى له منذ نوفمبر الماضي، وانخفض
سعر البلاديوم 0.4% إلى 1199.34 دولار.
Gold prices fell today, after hitting their lowest level in seven months in the previous session, under pressure from rising U.S. Treasury yields.
The price of gold in spot transactions dropped 0.7% to $3979.41 per ounce.
U.S. gold futures for August delivery lost 1.1% to $3992.70 today.
Gold prices in the previous session fell to $3942.99 per ounce, the lowest level since November.
In other precious metals, the price of silver in spot transactions decreased by 1.4% to $57.75 per ounce, and the price of platinum fell 0.6% to $1542, after hitting its lowest level since last November, while
the price of palladium dropped 0.4% to $1199.34.
