أكد وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد الحقيل أن برنامج الإسكان يتطلب ضخ وحدات سكنية كل سنة بشكل متسارع، مبينا أن الوزارة تعمل على إيجاد توازن في قطاع الإسكان لتنفيذ الخطط دون تأخر.
وأكد في تصريحات على هامش زيارته إلى الصين، أن الوزارة حرصت على استقطاب أفضل المقاولين في الصين الذين لديهم القدرة على إحداث نقلة نوعية في العالم، مبينا أنها تعمل على ألا يواجه النمو الكبير في السعودية وبرنامج الإسكان الوطني تحديات تتضمن عدم وجود مقاولين أو أي تحديات تؤخر الأعمال.
تنفيذ المشاريع
وبيَّن أنه تم تنفيذ 8 آلاف وحدة سكنية تم توقيعها في الزيارة السابقة للصين، وفي هذه الزيارة تم توقيع 24 ألف وحدة سكنية، والسنة القادمة سيتم استكمال الـ100 ألف وحدة سكنية.
وأشار إلى أن أنظمة الإسكان الأخيرة، مثل نظام الأراضي البيضاء، ستؤدي إلى إطلاق الكثير من المشاريع في الرياض، ما يستدعي شراكة بين المطورين المحليين والشركات الدولية لتنفيذ هذه المشاريع.
اتفاقيات ومذكرات
وكان وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد الحقيل قد اختتم زيارته الرسمية إلى جمهورية الصين الشعبية، التي استمرت يومين، وشهدت توقيع مجموعة من الاتفاقيات ومذكرات التفاهم مع عدد من كبرى الشركات الصينية، ضمن خطة تنفيذ 100 ألف وحدة سكنية سعودية-صينية حتى عام 2030، وذلك في إطار تعزيز الشراكات الدولية في مجالات الإسكان والبنية التحتية والمدن الذكية.
وشملت الزيارة عقد لقاءات ثنائية مع قيادات شركات، جرى خلالها بحث فرص التعاون في مجالات البناء الصناعي وتقنيات التشييد الحديثة لتسريع وتيرة التنفيذ ورفع كفاءة المشاريع السكنية، كما شهدت متابعة إنجازات قائمة؛ إذ تم استعراض انتهاء تنفيذ 1184 وحدة مع إحدى الشركات، و1824 وحدة مع شركة أخرى، مع تحفيز الشركتين للمشاركة في برنامج الشراكة لبناء 20000 وحدة سكنية.
The Minister of Municipal and Housing Affairs, Majid Al-Huqail, confirmed that the housing program requires the rapid delivery of housing units every year, indicating that the ministry is working to achieve a balance in the housing sector to implement plans without delay.
He emphasized in statements on the sidelines of his visit to China that the ministry is keen to attract the best contractors in China who have the ability to bring about a qualitative shift in the world, noting that it is working to ensure that the significant growth in Saudi Arabia and the national housing program does not face challenges such as a lack of contractors or any obstacles that could delay work.
Project Implementation
He indicated that 8,000 housing units were executed that were signed during the previous visit to China, and in this visit, 24,000 housing units were signed, with the completion of the 100,000 housing units planned for next year.
He pointed out that the recent housing regulations, such as the white land system, will lead to the launch of many projects in Riyadh, which necessitates a partnership between local developers and international companies to implement these projects.
Agreements and Memos
Minister Majid Al-Huqail concluded his official visit to the People's Republic of China, which lasted for two days, during which a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding were signed with several major Chinese companies, as part of the plan to implement 100,000 Saudi-Chinese housing units by 2030, within the framework of enhancing international partnerships in the fields of housing, infrastructure, and smart cities.
The visit included holding bilateral meetings with company leaders, during which opportunities for cooperation in the fields of industrial construction and modern construction technologies were discussed to accelerate the pace of implementation and improve the efficiency of housing projects. It also included following up on existing achievements; as the completion of 1,184 units with one company and 1,824 units with another company was reviewed, while encouraging both companies to participate in the partnership program to build 20,000 housing units.
