أظهر تقرير صادر عن شركة «تشالنجر، جراي آند كريسماس» المتخصصة في «خدمات التوظيف» تراجع عمليات التوظيف وتسريح العمالة في الشركات الأمريكية خلال الشهر الماضي.
وبحسب التقرير، أعلنت الشركات خلال الشهر الماضي إضافة 117313 وظيفة بانخفاض نسبته 71% عن الشهر نفسه من العام الماضي، ليسجل في شهر سبتمبر أقل معدل لإعلانات التوظيف منذ 2011.
وذكرت وكالة «بلومبيرغ للأنباء» أن التقرير يشير إلى تباطؤ شديد في خطط التوظيف الموسمي مقارنة بالسنوات الماضية، وفقًا لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د.ب.أ).
وخلال الفترة من شهر يناير إلى شهر سبتمبر الماضيين، أعلنت الشركات الأمريكية خططا لتوظيف نحو 205 آلاف وظيفة، وهو أدنى مستوى للتوظيف منذ عام 2009.
وأظهرت بيانات منفصلة أصدرتها شركة «ريفيليو لابز» أمس (الخميس) أن عدد الوظائف ارتفع بنحو 60 ألف وظيفة في شهر سبتمبر، بزيادة عن الشهر السابق.
وأشارت وكالة «بلومبيرغ» إلى أن قطاعات التعليم والخدمات الصحية والتجارة بالتجزئة من أبرز القطاعات التي شهدت زيادة في عدد الوظائف، بينما انخفض عدد الوظائف في قطاعي السياحة والخدمات التجارية.
في الوقت نفسه، أظهرت بيانات «تشالنجر» أن الشركات أعلنت في الشهر الماضي خططا لشطب 54,064 وظيفة بانخفاض نسبته 26% تقريبًا عن الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي، وأقل من 85,979 وظيفة التي أُعلن شطبها في شهر أغسطس.
