أعلن بنك يونيكريديت الإيطالي اليوم (الخميس) حصوله على موافقة من المفوضية الأوروبية بالمضي في عملية الاستحواذ على بنك «بانكو بي بي ام».
وأكد البنك أنه حصل على خطاب من المفوضية يبلغه بانتهائها من المراجعة الأولية، التي قررت عدم فتح تحقيق معمق.
وسيدشن العرض في إيطاليا، وسيستند على مبدأ عدم التمييز و شروط متساوية لجميع حاملي الأسهم في البنك الإيطالي، وفقًا لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د ب أ).

The Italian bank UniCredit announced today (Thursday) that it has received approval from the European Commission to proceed with the acquisition of Banco BPM.
The bank confirmed that it received a letter from the Commission informing it that the preliminary review has been completed, which decided not to open an in-depth investigation.
