أجلت المحكمة العسكرية في لبنان جلسة اليوم (الثلاثاء)، محاكمة المطرب فضل شاكر إلى موعد لاحق، بعدما تعرض لوعكة صحية مفاجئة حالت دون نقله من مكان احتجازه إلى مقر المحكمة في الموعد المحدد بشأن استكمال النظر في قضية معركة عبرا.
وأفادت وسائل إعلام لبنانية بأن الحالة الصحية لفضل شاكر استدعت تدخل طبيب لمعاينته داخل السجن، الأمر الذي أدى إلى تعذر حضوره الجلسة، لتقرر المحكمة تأجيلها إلى موعد لاحق.
شهادات تدعم موقفه
وكان من المقرر أن تشهد الجلسة الاستماع إلى أقوال تسعة شهود ضمن القضية المنظورة أمام المحكمة العسكرية، إلا أن غياب شاكر لأسباب صحية أدى إلى تأجيل الإجراءات القضائية إلى حين انعقاد الجلسة في موعدها الجديد.
فيما أظهرت إفادات عدد من الشهود في الجلسات السابقة أن فضل شاكر لم يشارك في أحداث معركة عبرا، بينما لم تتضمن الشهادات أي أدلة على تورطه في تمويل أو دعم مجموعة الشيخ أحمد الأسير، ما يعزز التوقعات باقتراب حسم القضية لصالحه.
تدهور الحالة الصحية
وفي تطور آخر، أكد محمد فضل شاكر في منشور سابق عبر حسابه على منصة «إنستغرام» أن الحالة الصحية لوالده فضل شاكر شهدت تراجعاً خلال الفترة الأخيرة، معرباً عن أمله في تحسن أوضاعه والإفراج عنه قريباً، وموجهاً رسالة إلى محبيه طالبهم فيها بمساندته والدعاء له.
The military court in Lebanon postponed today's session (Tuesday) for the trial of singer Fadl Shaker to a later date, after he suffered a sudden health issue that prevented his transfer from his detention location to the court premises at the scheduled time for the continuation of the hearing in the Abra battle case.
Lebanese media reported that Fadl Shaker's health condition required a doctor to examine him inside the prison, which led to his inability to attend the session, prompting the court to postpone it to a later date.
Testimonies Supporting His Position
The session was supposed to hear the statements of nine witnesses in the case being considered by the military court; however, Shaker's absence for health reasons resulted in the postponement of the judicial proceedings until the session is held at its new date.
Meanwhile, testimonies from several witnesses in previous sessions indicated that Fadl Shaker did not participate in the events of the Abra battle, and the testimonies did not include any evidence of his involvement in financing or supporting Sheikh Ahmad al-Assir's group, which strengthens expectations for a favorable resolution of the case for him.
Deterioration of Health Condition
In another development, Mohammed Fadl Shaker confirmed in a previous post on his Instagram account that his father Fadl Shaker's health condition has deteriorated recently, expressing hope for his improvement and release soon, and sending a message to his fans asking them to support him and pray for him.
