أعربت الفنانة حنان مطاوع عن استيائها الشديد من استغلال صورتها وصور والدها عبر تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي دون إذن مسبق، مؤكدة أن ذلك يمثل انتهاكا صريحا للحقوق.
فيديو إنساني يثير الأزمة
وكشفت مطاوع، في منشور عبر حسابها الرسمي على« فيسبوك»، أنها فوجئت سابقا بانتشار مقطع فيديو وُظفت فيه صورها وصورة والدها الراحل، إلى جانب مشاهد لزملاء آخرين مع ذويهم المتوفين، وظهر وكأنهم يتلقون رسائل من العالم الآخر، وأوضحت أنها لا تشك في نوايا صانع المحتوى، لكنها اعتبرت ما حدث بأنه تجاوز للحدود.
انتهاك للحقوق
وتساءلت الفنانة: «هل يحق لأي شخص استخدام صورتي أو صورة أبي دون الرجوع إلي؟»، مؤكدة أن الأمر لم يعد مجرد مبادرة إنسانية بل يُمكن أن يتحول إلى استغلال غير مقبول، إذ قالت: «إذا تم استخدامي في فيديو عاطفي دون علمي، فما الذي يمنع من استخدامي في أعمال أخرى لا أقبلها؟».
رفض قاطع
واختتمت حنان مطاوع رسالتها بالتأكيد على رفضها القاطع استخدام صورها أو صوتها أو صور والديها سواء والدها الراحل أو والدتها، التي ما زالت على قيد الحياة، في أي عمل إعلامي أو فني أو صحفي دون الرجوع إليها والحصول على موافقة مكتوبة، داعية إلى ضرورة وضع ضوابط صارمة لاستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

Humanitarian Video Sparks Controversy
Motawe revealed, in a post on her official Facebook account, that she was previously surprised by the spread of a video that used her and her late father's image, alongside scenes of other colleagues with their deceased loved ones, making it appear as though they were receiving messages from the afterlife. She clarified that she does not doubt the content creator's intentions, but she considered what happened to be crossing the line.
Violation of Rights
The artist questioned: "Does anyone have the right to use my image or my father's image without referring to me?" She emphasized that the matter is no longer just a humanitarian initiative but could turn into unacceptable exploitation, saying: "If I am used in an emotional video without my knowledge, what prevents my use in other works that I do not accept?"
Strong Rejection
Hanan Motawe concluded her message by firmly rejecting the use of her image, voice, or the images of her parents, whether her late father or her mother, who is still alive, in any media, artistic, or journalistic work without referring to her and obtaining written consent. She called for the necessity of establishing strict regulations for the use of artificial intelligence technologies.
