أعرب النجم اللبناني رفيق أحمد علي عن سعادته البالغة بتكريمه للمرة الرابعة في مصر، ضمن فعاليات مهرجان القاهرة الدولي للمسرح التجريبي، مؤكدا في تصريح خاص لـ«عكاظ» أن هذا التكريم إضافة كبيرة لمسيرته الفنية، وأنه يهديه لشخصياته المسرحية التي جسدها على مدى خمسة عقود.
وقال رفيق إن مصر بالنسبة له هي «أم الدنيا» بتاريخها وحضارتها وكنوزها الروحية والعلمية التي لا تزال تحمل الكثير من الأسرار، مشددا على أن تكريمه فيها يمثل قيمة استثنائية لمسيرته، بعدما سبق وكُرم في مهرجانات كبرى مثل الإسكندرية السينمائي والمسرح العربي والإذاعة والتلفزيون.
وأوضح النجم اللبناني أن إهداءه التكريم لشخصياته المسرحية هو اعتراف بفضلهم عليه، قائلا: «أهديه لهؤلاء الذين حملت قضاياهم وعايشت معاناتهم.. للمهمشين والمثقَلين بالأحمال، ولكل إنسان يناضل من أجل حقه في الحياة والحرية».
وكان آخر أعمال رفيق الدرامية مسلسل «بالدم»، الذي عُرض في موسم رمضان 2025، وشارك فيه نخبة من نجوم الدراما اللبنانية، ولاقى العمل تفاعلا واسعا عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
The Lebanese star Rafiq Ahmed Ali expressed his immense happiness at being honored for the fourth time in Egypt, during the Cairo International Experimental Theatre Festival, confirming in a special statement to "Okaz" that this honor is a significant addition to his artistic career, and that he dedicates it to the theatrical characters he has embodied over five decades.
Rafiq stated that Egypt, for him, is "the mother of the world" with its history, civilization, and spiritual and scientific treasures that still hold many secrets, emphasizing that being honored there represents an exceptional value for his career, after previously being honored at major festivals such as the Alexandria Film Festival, the Arab Theatre Festival, and the Radio and Television Festival.
The Lebanese star clarified that dedicating the honor to his theatrical characters is an acknowledgment of their influence on him, saying: "I dedicate it to those whose issues I carried and lived their struggles... to the marginalized and those burdened with loads, and to every person who fights for their right to life and freedom."
Rafiq's latest dramatic work was the series "With Blood," which aired during the Ramadan season of 2025, featuring a selection of stars from Lebanese drama, and the work received wide interaction across social media platforms.
