تنظر الدائرة الأولى إرهاب في مصر، برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، محاكمة 62 متهمًا في القضية رقم 5604 لسنة 2025 جنايات مدينة نصر، والمعروفة إعلاميًا بـ«خلية مدينة نصر».
الإضرار بالوحدة الوطنية
ووفقًا لأمر الإحالة، تعود وقائع القضية إلى الفترة من عام 2002 وحتى 28 أبريل 2024، حيث أسندت النيابة إلى المتهمين من الأول وحتى السادس اتهامات بتولي قيادة جماعة إرهابية، بهدف الدعوة إلى الإخلال بالنظام العام وتعريض سلامة المجتمع وأمنه للخطر، وتعطيل أحكام الدستور والقانون، ومنع مؤسسات الدولة والسلطات العامة من ممارسة أعمالها، والاعتداء على الحريات الشخصية للمواطنين، والإضرار بالوحدة الوطنية والسلام الاجتماعي.
التحريض على العنف
كما وجه أمر الإحالة إلى المتهمين من السابع وحتى الأخير اتهامات بالانضمام إلى الجماعة مع علمهم بأغراضها ووسائلها في تحقيق تلك الأغراض.
وتضمن أمر الإحالة اتهام بعض المتهمين بتمويل الإرهاب، وذلك بتمويل جماعة إرهابية، إلى جانب اتهام آخرين بالتحريض على العنف من خلال منشورات قاموا بإذاعتها عبر حساباتهم الشخصية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والترويج لارتكاب جرائم إرهابية.

Harming National Unity
According to the referral order, the events of the case date back to the period from 2002 until April 28, 2024, during which the prosecution charged the first to sixth defendants with leading a terrorist group, with the aim of inciting disruption of public order and endangering the safety and security of society, obstructing the provisions of the constitution and law, preventing state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their duties, violating the personal freedoms of citizens, and harming national unity and social peace.
Incitement to Violence
The referral order also charged the seventh to last defendants with joining the group while being aware of its purposes and means to achieve those purposes.
Additionally, the referral order included charges against some defendants for financing terrorism, by funding a terrorist group, as well as charges against others for inciting violence through publications they broadcasted via their personal accounts on social media, promoting the commission of terrorist crimes.
