في سيناريو هوليوودي أربك الأوساط الإعلامية والقضائية، كشفت السلطات التونسية عن تفاصيل درامية لفرار الإعلامي البارز وصاحب قناة «الحوار التونسي» سامي الفهري خارج البلاد، متجهاً نحو الفضاء الأوروبي للهروب من أحكام قضائية مشددة صدرت بحقه أخيرا.
وكشفت التحقيقات الأمنية الصادمة أن خطة الهروب نُفذت بحبكة عالية السرية، حيث استقل الفهري «يختاً سياحياً» انطلق به سراً من شواطئ الضاحية الشمالية للعاصمة التونسية، ليخترق المياه الإقليمية متوارياً عن أنظار الرقابة البحرية حتى وصوله إلى الشواطئ الأوروبية.
وفي تطور أمني عاجل، أصدر قاضي التحقيق بالمحكمة الابتدائية بتونس بطاقة إيداع بالسجن ضد الشخص المتورط في تنظيم هذه الرحلة البحرية غير القانونية، بينما تُكثف الأجهزة القضائية تحرياتها لإسقاط بقية الشبكة المتورطة في تقديم الدعم اللوجستي والتنسيق الميداني لتسهيل عملية الهروب الكبير.
ويأتي هذا الاختفاء الدرامي عقب صدور أحكام قضائية نهائية تقضي بسجن الفهري لمدة 8 سنوات في قضايا فساد مالي وغسيل أموال ترتبط بعقود إشهارية سابقة، وهي القضية الشهيرة التي شملت أيضاً حكماً غيابياً بالسجن 10 سنوات ضد بلحسن الطرابلسي، صهر الرئيس التونسي الراحل زين العابدين بن علي.
