شهدت منطقة برج العرب غربي محافظة الإسكندرية في مصر جريمة مروعة، أسفرت عن مقتل شخص وإصابة اثنين بجروح بالغة، إثر مشاجرة عنيفة اندلعت بين عدة أشخاص بسبب نزاع على ملكية قطعة أرض بمنطقة بنجر السكر، ما تسبب في حالة من الذعر والترقب بين الأهالي.
وفور تلقي الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الإسكندرية بلاغاً بالواقعة، تحركت قوة أمنية مكثفة إلى موقع الحادثة، مدعومة بسيارات الإسعاف وقوات الإنقاذ النهري، حيث فرضت السلطات طوقاً أمنياً مشدداً حول المنطقة المحيطة بالنزاع، لبسط السيطرة الميدانية ومنع تجدد الاشتباكات بين العائلتين.
وكشفت التحريات الأولية لرجال المباحث أن الخلاف على حيازة الأرض تطور سريعاً من مشادات كلامية إلى اعتداءات بدنية متبادلة وقاسية. ووفقاً لشهادات أدلى بها شهود عيان من أبناء المنطقة، فإن الجناة باغتوا المجني عليهم أثناء تواجدهم في الأرض محل النزاع واعتدوا عليهم بضراوة، ولم يتوقف الأمر عند هذا الحد؛ بل عمد المتهمون بعد تأكدهم من مصرع الضحية إلى نقل جثمانه وإلقائه في مياه إحدى الترع المجاورة في محاولة لإخفاء معالم الجريمة، قبل أن يلوذوا بالفرار من مسرح الحادثة.
ونجحت فرق الإنقاذ النهري في انتشال جثة المتوفى ونقلها إلى المشرحة تحت تصرف الجهات القضائية، في حين جرى إسعاف المصابين ونقلهما على وجه السرعة إلى المستشفى العام، حيث يرقدان حالياً داخل غرفة العناية المركزة في حالة صحية حرجة.
من جهتها، تكثف أجهزة الأمن تحرياتها وضغوطها الميدانية لتحديد هوية كافة المتورطين في الواقعة وملاحقتهم تمهيداً لضبطهم. وبموازاة ذلك، تم تحرير المحضر القانوني اللازم بالواقعة، وتولت النيابة العامة التحقيق للوقوف على الملابسات الكاملة للجريمة.
The Borg El Arab area in the western Alexandria governorate in Egypt witnessed a horrific crime, resulting in the death of one person and serious injuries to two others, following a violent brawl that erupted among several individuals over a dispute regarding the ownership of a piece of land in the Benger Sugar area, causing a state of panic and anticipation among the residents.
As soon as the security authorities in the Alexandria Security Directorate received a report of the incident, a heavy security force moved to the scene, supported by ambulances and river rescue teams. The authorities imposed a strict security cordon around the area of the dispute to establish field control and prevent renewed clashes between the two families.
Preliminary investigations by the detectives revealed that the dispute over the land ownership quickly escalated from verbal altercations to mutual and severe physical assaults. According to testimonies provided by eyewitnesses from the area, the perpetrators ambushed the victims while they were on the disputed land and attacked them violently. The situation did not stop there; the accused, after confirming the victim's death, attempted to transport his body and throw it into the waters of a nearby canal in an effort to conceal the crime, before fleeing the scene of the incident.
River rescue teams successfully retrieved the deceased's body and transferred it to the morgue under the jurisdiction of the judicial authorities, while the injured were quickly treated and transported to the general hospital, where they are currently in the intensive care unit in critical condition.
For its part, the security agencies are intensifying their investigations and field pressures to identify all those involved in the incident and pursue them in preparation for their arrest. Concurrently, the necessary legal report of the incident has been filed, and the public prosecution has taken over the investigation to determine the full circumstances of the crime.
