The "Extreme E" series, electric vehicle off-road racing, announced its return on October 4th and 5th, to conclude a series that has contributed to expanding the horizons of motorsport participation in environmental progress and innovation.

Since its launch in 2021, "Extreme E" has introduced the concept of electric racing in remote and challenging terrains, aiming to highlight the impacts of climate change and promote new technologies and strategies for achieving sustainability. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Saudi Motorsport Company under the Ministry of Sport and the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, has been an essential part of this journey from the beginning, having hosted the inaugural rounds of the "Desert X Prix" and continued to support this message over five seasons.

Now, the series is preparing for a round titled "The Final Round," which not only honors its beginnings but also paves the way for the launch of the "Extreme H" championship, the world's first off-road racing series using hydrogen. This occasion will be an opportunity to celebrate what "Extreme E" has achieved, while also signaling the start of a new chapter that enhances the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's ambition to be a global hub for innovative motorsports and a leader in efforts to shape a sustainable future.

This transformation embodies "Extreme E's" vision of using sport as a platform for innovation, awareness, and action. While vehicles and energy sources evolve, the spirit of purposeful racing remains steadfast and unchanged.
