The President of Al-Baha University issued a decision promoting Dr. Mohammed Abdulrahman Halwani, a faculty member in the College of Medicine's Department of Microbiology, to the rank of Professor in the field of Infection Control, based on his academic experience and scientific output that qualify him for this academic rank, which is the highest academic degree awarded by universities.
