أطلق الأمين العام لرابطة العالم الإسلامي رئيس هيئة علماء المسلمين الشيخ الدكتور محمد بن عبدالكريم العيسى، «المجموعة الأولى للمصاحف المرتلة لرابطة العالم الإسلامي»، في احتفاء كبير بمقر الرابطة في مكة المكرمة، بحضور عدد من أبرز القرّاء والعلماء في العالم الإسلامي.
وأكّد حرص الرابطة على تسجيل مصحف مرتَّل يحقق المعايير والضوابط المعتمدة من المجلس العالمي لشيوخ الإقراء بالرابطة، ويكون متاحًا للتحميل مجانًا حول العالم، وأن يكون عمل الرابطة في تسجيل المصاحف متقنًا مبنيًّا على قواعد علمية، وتُطبَّق فيه أجود المعايير تطبيقًا كاملًا.
ولفت النظر إلى أن الرابطة وهي تضطلع بهذه المسؤولية فإنها تنطلق من رؤيتها ورسالتها وأهدافها وقِيَمِها التي أُنشئت من أجلها، مبينًا أن الرابطة حسنة من حسنات المملكة العربية السعودية أهدتها للعالم الإسلامي.
وأفاد الدكتور العيسى بأن الرابطة ستستمر في دعم مشروع المصاحف المرتلة وتطويره، وإكمال الشراكات الإستراتيجية مع الجهات المعنية حول العالم لخدمة الكتاب الكريم، وتفعيل استخدام المصاحف المرتلة في برامج تعليم القرآن الكريم، ولا سيما في البلدان غير العربية، وفي المقارئ الرقمية، منوهًا بأهمية العمل الإسلامي التكاملي والجماعي في خدمة القرآن الكريم.
The Secretary-General of the Muslim World League and President of the Association of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, launched "the first group of the recited Qur'ans of the Muslim World League" in a grand celebration at the League's headquarters in Mecca, attended by a number of prominent reciters and scholars from the Islamic world.
He emphasized the League's commitment to recording a recited Qur'an that meets the standards and regulations approved by the International Council of Qur'an Reciters of the League, making it available for free download worldwide, and ensuring that the League's work in recording the Qur'ans is meticulous and based on scientific principles, applying the best standards completely.
He pointed out that as the League undertakes this responsibility, it is driven by its vision, mission, goals, and values for which it was established, indicating that the League is one of the good deeds of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that it has gifted to the Islamic world.
Dr. Al-Issa stated that the League will continue to support and develop the project of recited Qur'ans, complete strategic partnerships with relevant entities around the world to serve the Holy Book, and activate the use of recited Qur'ans in programs for teaching the Holy Qur'an, especially in non-Arab countries and in digital recitation centers, highlighting the importance of integrated and collective Islamic work in serving the Holy Qur'an.
