The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, and the Hungarian Minister of Justice, Dr. Benes Tuzson, discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the judicial field during his official visit to Hungary. He reviewed the developments taking place in the judicial and legal sector in the Kingdom, supported by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and under the supervision and follow-up of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, particularly regarding the system of specialized legislations and its role in achieving swift justice. The Minister of Justice pointed out the most significant substantive and procedural developments related to the judicial sector, including the activation of the preventive justice system, which aims to reduce the causes of disputes between parties, in addition to the Ministry of Justice's commitment to enhancing training and qualification practices to develop human capacities and prepare them in legal aspects according to a specific scientific methodology, through the Judicial Training Center.

On another note, Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani signed a memorandum of understanding with the President of the National Office of the Judiciary in Hungary, Dr. Gyorgy Sini, to encourage joint cooperation between the two sides in judicial systems and methods, and to develop the professional skills of judges and those working in the judicial field.
