أكد مدير الأمن العام الفريق محمد البسامي، أن الالتزام بتصريح الحج جزء من تكافؤ الفرص للحجاج، ومساحة لتوفير الخدمات الصحية والأمنية لضيوف الرحمن، مؤكداً أن العدد الكبير من الحجاج يتطلب تنظيماً كبيراً لمنع الازدحام والحوادث.
وبيّن البسامي، خلال ندوة الحج الكبرى في جدة، أن الحج بلا تصريح ضرره متعدٍّ بشكل كبير على النظاميين وكل زائر للمشاعر المقدسة، والحملة، التي تقودها وزارة الداخلية مع الجهات المشاركة في تنظيم حج هذا العام على المخالفين، هدفها حماية وتحقيق سلامة ضيوف الرحمن.
وأضاف، أن الحملة تحقق جزءاً كبيراً من أهدافها التي رسمت لها من تحقيق الاشتراطات الصحية والتنظيمية؛ لتساهم في حماية الأرواح وتقليل فرص التدافع، وتسهيل تنقُّل ضيوف الرحمن بين المشاعر.
وشدد على أن الوقاية هي الوسيلة الأولى للحفاظ على أمن وسلامة ضيوف الرحمن، وأن النجاح في الحج مسؤولية جماعية وليست فردية، وإدارة الحجاج تدار بلغة المجاميع التي تحكمها خطط التفويج سواء بالتصعيد، أو بالنفرة، أو برمي الجمرات، أو طواف الإفاضة والوداع.

The Director of Public Security, Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Basami, confirmed that adhering to the Hajj permit is part of ensuring equal opportunities for pilgrims and a means to provide health and security services for the guests of Allah. He emphasized that the large number of pilgrims requires significant organization to prevent congestion and accidents.
Al-Basami indicated during the Grand Hajj Symposium in Jeddah that performing Hajj without a permit poses a significant risk to those who are legally present and to every visitor to the holy sites. The campaign led by the Ministry of Interior in collaboration with the participating entities in organizing this year's Hajj targets violators, aiming to protect and ensure the safety of the guests of Allah.
He added that the campaign is achieving a large part of its goals, which include meeting health and organizational requirements; contributing to the protection of lives, reducing the chances of crowding, and facilitating the movement of the guests of Allah between the holy sites.
He stressed that prevention is the primary means of maintaining the security and safety of the guests of Allah, and that success in Hajj is a collective responsibility, not an individual one. The management of pilgrims is conducted using group dynamics governed by crowd management plans, whether during the ascent, the descent, the stoning of the Jamarat, or the Tawaf of ifadah and farewell.
