ضبطت المديرية العامة لمكافحة المخدرات (1,520,000) قرص من مادة الإمفيتامين المخدر مخبأة داخل شحنة طاولات بمنطقة الرياض، وقبضت على مستقبليها بمنطقتي الرياض، والشرقية، وهم ثلاثة وافدين من الجنسية السورية، ومواطن.
يأتي ذلك في إطار تنفيذ مهمات وزارة الداخلية في مكافحة المخدرات وجهودها في متابعة نشاطات تهريبها وترويجها التي تستهدف أمن المملكة وشبابها، وأهابت الجهات الأمنية بالإبلاغ عن كل ما يتوافر من معلومات لدى المواطنين والمقيمين عن أي نشاطات ذات صلة بتهريب أو ترويج المخدرات، وأوضحت في بيانها أنها ستعالج جميع البلاغات بسرية تامة.

The General Directorate for Drug Control seized (1,520,000) pills of the narcotic substance amphetamine hidden inside a shipment of tables in the Riyadh region, and arrested the recipients in the Riyadh and Eastern regions, who are three expatriates of Syrian nationality and one citizen.
This comes as part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to combat drugs and its endeavors to monitor smuggling and trafficking activities that threaten the security of the Kingdom and its youth. The security authorities urged citizens and residents to report any information they have regarding activities related to drug smuggling or trafficking, and clarified in their statement that they will handle all reports with complete confidentiality.
