استعرض وزير الصحة فهد الجلاجل ونائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء في جمهورية أوزبكستان جمشيد خوجاييف، اليوم، فرص توسيع التعاون الصحي بين البلدين، بما يشمل تطوير منظومة الرعاية الصحية، والتحول الرقمي، والصناعات الطبية والدوائية، وتنمية الكفاءات الصحية، وتعزيز الاستثمارات في القطاع الصحي.
وخلال اللقاء، الذي حضره وزير الصحة الأوزبكي إلدور عادلوف ونائبه إلهامجون أومرزاكوف، في مستهل زيارة الجلاجل الرسمية إلى أوزبكستان، بحث الجانبان آفاق الشراكة الصحية، بما يدعم المصالح المشتركة ومسارات التنمية المستدامة في البلدين.
كما اطّلع الجلاجل والقيادات الأوزبكية، بمشاركة وزير الاستثمار والصناعة والتجارة لازيز كودراتوف، على مشروع مستشفى فرغانة، واستمعوا إلى عرض حول مستجدات المشروع وخططه التشغيلية ومكوناته.
وتأتي الزيارة في إطار تعزيز العلاقات بين المملكة وجمهورية أوزبكستان، وتوسيع مجالات التعاون الصحي والاستثماري، بما يدعم مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 ويعزز الشراكات الدولية المستدامة.
The Minister of Health, Fahd Al-Jalajel, and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Jamshid Khojaev, today reviewed opportunities to expand health cooperation between the two countries, including the development of the healthcare system, digital transformation, medical and pharmaceutical industries, health competencies development, and enhancing investments in the health sector.
During the meeting, which was attended by the Uzbek Minister of Health Eldor Adylov and his deputy Ilhamjon Umarzakov, at the beginning of Al-Jalajel's official visit to Uzbekistan, both sides discussed the prospects for health partnership that support mutual interests and sustainable development paths in the two countries.
Al-Jalajel and the Uzbek leaders, with the participation of the Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade Laziz Kudratov, also reviewed the Fergana Hospital project and listened to a presentation about the project's updates, operational plans, and components.
This visit comes within the framework of strengthening relations between the Kingdom and the Republic of Uzbekistan, and expanding areas of health and investment cooperation, which supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and enhances sustainable international partnerships.
