أعلنت شركة دله للخدمات الصحية صدور قرار مجلس إدارتها بالموافقة على استقالة الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة عضو لجنة الاستثمار والتمويل الدكتور أحمد بن صالح بابعير، وذلك نظراً لظروف شخصية، على أن تسري الاستقالة اعتباراً من 1 سبتمبر 2026م. كما أقر المجلس تكليف المهندس متعب بن عبدالله الطخيس بمهام الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة وتعيينه عضواً في لجنة الاستثمار والتمويل اعتباراً من ذات التاريخ.
وأعرب مجلس إدارة دله الصحية وكافة منسوبيها عن عميق امتنانهم وخالص تقديرهم للدكتور أحمد بابعير، مشيدين بالجهود المخلصة والرؤية القيادية التي قدمها على مدى 18 عاماً، وما أثمرت عنه من إسهامات جوهرية نقلت المجموعة إلى مستويات متقدمة من الريادة التشغيلية، والنمو المستدام، وترسيخ مكانتها كأحد أبرز الصروح الطبية في المملكة، متمنين له دوام التوفيق والنجاح.
ويأتي اختيار المهندس متعب بن عبدالله الطخيس لقيادة الإدارة التنفيذية انطلاقاً من خبرته القيادية والإستراتيجية العميقة داخل المنظومة؛ حيث يشغل منصب الرئيس التنفيذي للإستراتيجية منذ عام 2022م، وقاد قبل ذلك الإدارة العامة للإستراتيجية ومكتب إدارة المشاريع بالشركة خلال الفترة من 2017م إلى 2022م، مساهماً بشكل مباشر في صياغة وتنفيذ خطط النمو والتوسع والشراكات الاستثمارية للمجموعة.
ويمتلك المهندس الطخيس سجلاً مهنياً يمتد لأكثر من 15 عاماً في قيادة الإستراتيجيات المؤسسية، وإدارة المشاريع الرأسمالية الكبرى، وعمليات الاندماج والاستحواذ، فضلاً عن خبرته الواسعة في عضوية مجالس الإدارات واللجان المتخصصة والإشراف على الاستثمارات الإستراتيجية.
والمهندس الطخيس حاصل على درجة الماجستير في إدارة المشاريع من جامعة «هيريوت وات» بالمملكة المتحدة، ودرجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة الملك سعود. كما أتم عدداً من البرامج التنفيذية المتقدمة في أعرق المؤسسات الأكاديمية العالمية، من أبرزها برنامج الاندماج والاستحواذ من جامعة هارفارد، وبرامج تنفيذية ومالية متخصصة من كلية لندن للأعمال.

Dallah Health Services Company announced that its Board of Directors has approved the resignation of the company's CEO and member of the Investment and Financing Committee, Dr. Ahmed bin Saleh Baabir, due to personal circumstances, with the resignation taking effect from September 1, 2026. The board also appointed Engineer Muteb bin Abdullah Al-Tukhis as the new CEO of the company and as a member of the Investment and Financing Committee starting from the same date.

Engineer Muteb bin Abdullah Al-Tukhis was chosen to lead the executive management based on his deep leadership and strategic experience within the organization; he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Strategy since 2022 and previously led the General Administration of Strategy and the Project Management Office from 2017 to 2022, directly contributing to the formulation and execution of the group’s growth, expansion, and investment partnership plans.
Engineer Al-Tukhis has a professional record spanning over 15 years in leading corporate strategies, managing major capital projects, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions, in addition to his extensive experience in board memberships and specialized committees, as well as supervising strategic investments.
Engineer Al-Tukhis holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Heriot-Watt University in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University. He has also completed several advanced executive programs at prestigious global academic institutions, including a program on mergers and acquisitions from Harvard University and specialized executive and financial programs from the London Business School.
