يستهدف صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف) تدريب وتأهيل 3 آلاف شاب وشابة عبر برامج مبتدئة بالتوظيف في تخصصات الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني والخدمات اللوجستية والمحاسبة، جاء ذلك بعد توقيع «هدف» اتفاقية مع أكاديمية التعلّم، لتنفيذ برامج تدريب وتأهيل مبتدئ بالتوظيف، وقعها مدير عام الصندوق تركي الجعويني، ورئيس مجلس إدارة أكاديمية التعلّم خالد الدوسري.
وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تقديم برامج تدريبية متخصصة في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والأمن السيبراني، والتسويق والمبيعات، والسلامة والصحة المهنية، وسلاسل الإمداد والخدمات اللوجستية، والمحاسبة، والضرائب، والتأمين، وإدارة المخاطر، بما يسهم في تزويد الكوادر الوطنية بالمهارات المهنية والمعارف التطبيقية المطلوبة.
وتؤكد الاتفاقية مواصلة التعاون بين الجانبين لتقديم برامج تدريب وتأهيل نوعية، تستهدف إعداد كفاءات وطنية مؤهلة بمهارات تتوافق مع متطلبات سوق العمل الحالية والمستقبلية، بما يسهم في تعزيز التوظيف والإنتاجية ودعم النمو الاقتصادي.
The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) aims to train and qualify 3,000 young men and women through beginner employment programs in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, logistics services, and accounting. This comes after "Hadaf" signed an agreement with the Learning Academy to implement beginner training and employment programs, signed by the General Director of the fund, Turki Al-Jawaini, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Learning Academy, Khalid Al-Dosari.
The agreement aims to provide specialized training programs in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, marketing and sales, occupational health and safety, supply chains and logistics services, accounting, taxation, insurance, and risk management, contributing to equipping national cadres with the professional skills and practical knowledge required.
The agreement confirms the continuation of cooperation between the two parties to provide quality training and qualification programs aimed at preparing qualified national competencies with skills that align with the current and future labor market requirements, contributing to enhancing employment, productivity, and supporting economic growth.
