دعت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي الجميع للإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثّل اعتداء على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية، مؤكدة أنها ستتعامل مع جميع البلاغات بسرية تامة دون مسؤولية على المبلّغ.
وكانت «القوات» ضبطت مواطناً مخالفاً لنظام البيئة، لارتكابه مخالفة التخييم دون ترخيص في محمية الإمام عبدالعزيز بن محمد الملكية، وطُبقت الإجراءات النظامية بحقه.
وأوضحت، أن عقوبة مخالفة التخييم في الغابات أو المتنزهات الوطنية دون ترخيص غرامة تصل إلى 3,000 ريال.
وفي المدينة المنورة، ضبطت مقيماً مخالفاً لنظام البيئة من الجنسية الهندية، لتلويثه البيئة والإضرار بالتربة بتفريغ مواد خرسانية، وطُبقت الإجراءات النظامية بحقه، وأُحيل للجهات المختصة.
وأوضحت، أن عقوبة ممارسة نشاط أو فعل يؤدي بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة إلى الإضرار بالتربة أو تلويثها أو التأثير سلباً على الانتفاع بها أو إتلاف خواصها الطبيعية غرامة تصل إلى 10 ملايين ريال.
وفي محمية الملك عبدالعزيز، ضبطت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي مواطناً مخالفاً لنظام البيئة؛ لعدم الالتزام بتعليمات وإرشادات المحافظة على الغطاء النباتي، بإشعال النار في الأماكن غير المخصصة لها في محمية الملك عبدالعزيز الملكية، وتم تطبيق الإجراءات النظامية بحقه.
وأكدت، أن عقوبة إشعال النار في غير الأماكن المخصصة لها في الغابات والمتنزهات الوطنية غرامة تصل إلى 3,000 ريال.

In Medina, a resident of Indian nationality was caught violating the environmental regulations for polluting the environment and harming the soil by dumping concrete materials, and legal procedures were applied against him, and he was referred to the relevant authorities.
It was clarified that the penalty for engaging in an activity or act that directly or indirectly harms the soil, pollutes it, negatively affects its usability, or damages its natural properties is a fine of up to 10 million riyals.
In the King Abdulaziz Reserve, the Special Forces for Environmental Security apprehended a citizen violating the environmental regulations for not adhering to the instructions and guidelines for preserving vegetation by lighting a fire in unauthorized areas in the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve, and legal procedures were applied against him.
It was confirmed that the penalty for lighting a fire in unauthorized areas in forests and national parks is a fine of up to 3,000 riyals.
