يبدأ ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، اليوم (الأحد)، زيارة دولة لفرنسا، تبدأ ببحث جميع ملفات المنطقة مع الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون، خصوصاً الملفات الملتهبة التي تهدد أمن الشرق الأوسط والعالم كله، ومنها فلسطين، ولبنان، وسورية، وإيران. وتصاحب الزيارة فعاليات مهمة، يتصدرها اجتماع مجلس التنسيق السعودي الفرنسي، ولقاء رجال الأعمال والرؤساء التنفيذيين السعوديين بنظرائهم الفرنسيين. وتختتم الزيارة، غداً (الإثنين)، بحضور ولي العهد والرئيس الفرنسي توقيع عدد كبير من الاتفاقات ومذكرات التفاهم في المجالات الحيوية للتعاون بين البلدين، خصوصاً الطاقة، والتكنولوجيا، والتصنيع، والمجالات التي تتقاطع فيها خطط رؤية السعودية 2030 ورؤية ماكرون 2030 لفرنسا.
إن زيارة الأمير محمد بن سلمان لباريس تؤكد أهمية السعودية الإقليمية والدولية، وثقلها السياسي والاقتصادي، في وقت تتعرض فيه المنطقة والعالم لأخطار بالغة تفتح الباب أمام سيناريوهات قبيحة، أقلها محاولات قطع الطريق أمام إمدادات النفط للعالم، وأقصاها فتح الباب أمام القوى التي تحاول تصفية القضية الفلسطينية، والتوسع في استيطان أراضي غزة والضفة الغربية، والاعتداءات المتكررة على سورية، وحرمان لبنان من سيادته واستقلاله واحتلال جنوبه. ويترافق كل ذلك مع الأدوار التخريبية التي تقوم بها المليشيات الإيرانية في اليمن ولبنان والعراق، لمنع استقرار الأمن في المنطقة، واستهداف السعودية ومحيطها الخليجي.
وتمثل فرنسا قوة بارزة ومهمة في العالم، وعلى مستوى الاتحاد الأوروبي، ومن حيث احتفاظها بمقعد دائم في مجلس الأمن الدولي، وبحكم كونها قوة نووية، واقتصادية، وصناعية. وهو ما يجعل شراكتها الإستراتيجية مع المملكة غايةً في الأهمية.
The Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz begins today (Sunday) a state visit to France, starting with discussions on all regional issues with French President Emmanuel Macron, particularly the hot topics threatening the security of the Middle East and the world as a whole, including Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Iran. The visit is accompanied by important events, led by the Saudi-French Coordination Council meeting and a gathering of Saudi business leaders and CEOs with their French counterparts. The visit will conclude tomorrow (Monday) with the Crown Prince and the French President attending the signing of a large number of agreements and memoranda of understanding in vital areas of cooperation between the two countries, especially in energy, technology, manufacturing, and the fields that intersect with the plans of Saudi Vision 2030 and Macron's Vision 2030 for France.
The visit of Prince Mohammed bin Salman to Paris underscores Saudi Arabia's regional and international importance, as well as its political and economic weight, at a time when the region and the world are facing severe dangers that open the door to ugly scenarios, the least of which are attempts to cut off oil supplies to the world, and the most extreme being the opening of the door to forces trying to liquidate the Palestinian cause, expand settlement in Gaza and the West Bank, repeated assaults on Syria, and depriving Lebanon of its sovereignty and independence while occupying its south. All of this is accompanied by the destructive roles played by Iranian militias in Yemen, Lebanon, and Iraq, aimed at preventing stability in the region and targeting Saudi Arabia and its Gulf surroundings.
France represents a prominent and important power in the world, at the level of the European Union, and in terms of holding a permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council, as well as being a nuclear, economic, and industrial power. This makes its strategic partnership with the Kingdom extremely important.
