أعلنت وزارة الداخلية نتائج الحملات الميدانية المشتركة لضبط مخالفي أنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود في مختلف مناطق المملكة خلال الفترة من 3 إلى 9 شعبان 1447هـ (22–28 يناير 2026م)، إذ أسفرت عن ضبط 19975 مخالفاً للأنظمة؛ منهم 12906 مخالفين لنظام الإقامة، 3918 مخالفاً لنظام أمن الحدود، 3151 مخالفاً لنظام العمل، وضبط 1716 شخصاً أثناء محاولتهم دخول المملكة؛ 39% منهم يمنيون، و60% إثيوبيون، و1% جنسيات أخرى.
فيما تم ضبط 48 شخصاً حاولوا الخروج من المملكة بطريقة غير نظامية، وتم ضبط 11 شخصاً تورطوا في نقل أو إيواء أو تشغيل مخالفين أو التستر عليهم. وأشارت (الداخلية) في بيانها الصادر أنه يتم حالياً إخضاع 23472 مخالفاً للإجراءات النظامية؛ منهم 21862 رجلاً، و1610 نساء.
وأوضحت (الداخلية) أنه تمت إحالة 16595 مخالفاً لبعثاتهم الدبلوماسية لاستصدار وثائق سفر، فيما تمت إحالة 1820 مخالفاً لاستكمال حجوزات سفرهم، وتم ترحيل 14867 مخالفاً.
(الداخلية) حذرت في بيانها الصادر من منع تسهيل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود أو نقلهم أو إيوائهم أو مساعدتهم وأن ذلك جريمة كبرى موجبة للتوقيف، وأن العقوبات قد تصل إلى السجن 15 سنة، وغرامة مليون ريال، مع مصادرة وسائل النقل والمساكن المستخدمة، والتشهير بالمتورطين.
The Ministry of Interior announced the results of the joint field campaigns to apprehend violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations in various regions of the Kingdom during the period from 3 to 9 Sha'ban 1447 AH (January 22–28, 2026 AD). These efforts resulted in the apprehension of 19,975 violators; among them, 12,906 were violators of the residency system, 3,918 were violators of border security regulations, and 3,151 were violators of labor laws. Additionally, 1,716 individuals were apprehended while attempting to enter the Kingdom; 39% of them were Yemenis, 60% were Ethiopians, and 1% were of other nationalities.
Furthermore, 48 individuals were apprehended while attempting to exit the Kingdom unlawfully, and 11 individuals were arrested for involvement in transporting, sheltering, or employing violators or concealing them. The Ministry of Interior indicated in its statement that 23,472 violators are currently undergoing legal procedures; among them, 21,862 are men and 1,610 are women.
The Ministry clarified that 16,595 violators have been referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, while 1,820 violators have been referred to complete their travel bookings, and 14,867 violators have been deported.
The Ministry of Interior warned in its statement against facilitating the entry of violators of border security regulations or transporting, sheltering, or assisting them, stating that such actions are a major crime subject to detention, with penalties that may reach up to 15 years in prison and a fine of one million riyals, along with the confiscation of vehicles and residences used, and the publicizing of those involved.
