أعلن مصرف سورية المركزي، اليوم، بدء استقبال طلبات سحب الليرة القديمة إلكترونياً، مع استمرار عملية السحب بشكل مباشر في جميع المحافظات عبر منافذ المؤسسة السورية للبريد، وفق الآلية المحددة.
ودعا مصرف سورية إلى التسجيل وحجز موعد لسحب العملة السورية القديمة من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني المخصص لعملية السحب.
وأشار إلى أن الموقع الإلكتروني يتيح تقديم طلب لحجز موعد مسبق، على أن تُرسل تفاصيل الموعد إلى مُقدم الطلب عبر رسالة «SMS» إلى رقم الهاتف المدرج في الطلب، وذلك عند توفر المواعيد.
إجراءات السحب
وأوضح المصرف أن مُقدم الطلب يستكمل إجراءات السحب ويسلّم الوثائق والبيانات المطلوبة في الموعد المحدد، إضافة إلى العملة السورية القديمة في فرع المصرف الذي يحدده عند تقديم الطلب.
وقال المصرف إنه بعد استكمال إجراءات السحب، تُحوَّل القيمة المستحقة بالعملة السورية الجديدة إلى الحساب المصرفي الذي يحدده مُقدم الطلب لدى المصرف الذي لديه حساب فيه، دون استيفاء أي عمولات أو رسوم أو ضرائب أو نفقات.
ضوابط معتمدة
وأضاف المصرف أن محافظات دير الزور والرقة والحسكة تستمر في عملية سحب العملة السورية القديمة بشكل مباشر عبر فروع المصرف ومنافذ المؤسسة السورية للبريد المعتمدة في تلك المحافظات، مع إتاحة تقديم طلبات السحب عبر المنصة الإلكترونية وفق الإجراءات والضوابط المعتمدة.
وأكد المصرف حق المواطنين السوريين ومن في حكمهم من الأشخاص الطبيعيين حصراً، دون الأشخاص الاعتباريين، بالتقدم بطلب سحب قيمة ما لديهم من العملة السورية القديمة، وأن طلب السحب لا يتقيد بعدد محدد من الأوراق النقدية أو بفئات معينة، ويمكن لمُقدم الطلب إدراج ما لديه من العملة السورية القديمة وفق البيانات الفعلية للعملة المقدمة للسحب، على أن يُقدَّم طلب السحب لمرة واحدة فقط خلال مرحلة السحب، وفق الضوابط المعتمدة.
The Central Bank of Syria announced today the start of receiving requests for the withdrawal of old lira electronically, while continuing the direct withdrawal process in all governorates through the Syrian Postal Corporation outlets, according to the specified mechanism.
The Central Bank of Syria called for registration and appointment booking for withdrawing the old Syrian currency through the dedicated website for the withdrawal process.
It indicated that the website allows submitting a request to book an appointment in advance, with the appointment details sent to the applicant via an SMS to the phone number listed in the request, once appointments are available.
Withdrawal Procedures
The bank clarified that the applicant completes the withdrawal procedures and submits the required documents and data at the specified time, in addition to the old Syrian currency at the bank branch they specify when submitting the request.
The bank stated that after completing the withdrawal procedures, the due amount in the new Syrian currency is transferred to the bank account specified by the applicant at the bank where they have an account, without charging any commissions, fees, taxes, or expenses.
Approved Regulations
The bank added that the governorates of Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa, and Hasakah continue the process of withdrawing the old Syrian currency directly through the bank branches and the approved outlets of the Syrian Postal Corporation in those governorates, while allowing withdrawal requests to be submitted via the electronic platform according to the approved procedures and regulations.
The bank confirmed the right of Syrian citizens and those equivalent to them, exclusively natural persons, without legal entities, to submit a request to withdraw the value of their old Syrian currency, and that the withdrawal request is not limited to a specific number of banknotes or certain denominations. The applicant can include what they have of the old Syrian currency according to the actual data of the currency presented for withdrawal, provided that the withdrawal request is submitted only once during the withdrawal phase, according to the approved regulations.
