أعلنت السوق المالية السعودية «تداول» التقرير الأسبوعي لقيمة ملكية المستثمرين ونسبتها من القيمة الكلية، حسب الجنسية ونوع المستثمر، وحسب تصنيف المستثمر وفقاً للسلوك الاستثماري.
وبلغ مجموع القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة 9545.33 مليار ريال نهاية الأسبوع المنتهي في 16 أكتوبر 2025، بارتفاع بلغت نسبته 1.51% وبقيمة بلغت 141.99 مليار ريال، مقارنةً بالأسبوع الذي سبقه.
أما قيمة ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي فقد شكّلت ما نسبته 4.73% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة كما في 16 أكتوبر الجاري.
مشتريات الأجانب
كما أعلنت «تداول»، أن صافي مشتريات الأجانب عبر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بالسوق الرئيسية، خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في 16 أكتوبر 2025، بلغ نحو 1.5 مليار ريال.
في المقابل، بلغ صافي مبيعات المستثمرين الأفراد نحو 428 مليون ريال، وصافي مبيعات كبار المستثمرين الأفراد نحو 459 مليون ريال.
ويعرف كبار المستثمرين الأفراد بأنهم الأفراد السعوديون الذين يمتلك كل منهم محفظة متوسط حجمها مليون ريال فأكثر خلال الـ12 شهراً الأخيرة، ويستثنى من ذلك المستثمرون من الأفراد المتخصصين.
The Saudi financial market "Tadawul" announced the weekly report on the value of investor ownership and its percentage of the total value, according to nationality and type of investor, and according to the classification of investors based on investment behavior.
The total market value of listed shares reached 9,545.33 billion riyals at the end of the week ending October 16, 2025, an increase of 1.51% with a value of 141.99 billion riyals, compared to the previous week.
As for the value of foreign investor ownership, it constituted 4.73% of the total market value of listed shares as of October 16.
Foreign Purchases
Tadawul also announced that the net purchases of foreigners through direct foreign investment in the main market during the week ending October 16, 2025, amounted to approximately 1.5 billion riyals.
In contrast, the net sales of individual investors reached about 428 million riyals, and the net sales of large individual investors amounted to about 459 million riyals.
Large individual investors are defined as Saudi individuals who each own a portfolio with an average size of one million riyals or more over the last 12 months, excluding specialized individual investors.
