أصدر نقيب الفنانين السوريين الفنان مازن الناطور، تعميمًا رسميًا بمنع أي فنان من مزاولة المهنة دون الحصول على ترخيص مسبق أو عقد مصدّق من النقابة، ويأتي ذلك ضمن خطة إصلاحية شاملة تهدف إلى إعادة هيبة النقابة وتنظيم العمل الفني في البلاد.
وجاء في التعميم، الذي نُشر على الصفحة الرسمية لنقابة الفنانين على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي «فيس بوك»، أن وزارة الداخلية السورية أبدت استعدادها الكامل للتعاون مع النقابة في ضبط المخالفات، حيث ستتم متابعة أي حالة مزاولة غير قانونية بناءً على كتاب رسمي من النقيب، أو من يفوضه مجلس النقابة أو الفروع التابعة لها.
ويأتي هذا القرار استكمالًا لتوجهات النقيب مازن الناطور الإصلاحية، إذ عبّر في وقت سابق عن نيته تنفيذ تغييرات إيجابية في عمل النقابة، مؤكدًا عبر منشور على حساباته الرسمية «أعدكم أن تكون نقابة الفنانين في سورية مصدر فخر لكل فنان يعتز بوطنه، ويؤمن بأن سورية ستعود إلى الصدارة كقلبٍ نابض للعالم».
The head of the Syrian Artists' Syndicate, artist Mazen Al-Natour, issued an official circular prohibiting any artist from practicing their profession without obtaining prior licensing or a certified contract from the syndicate. This comes as part of a comprehensive reform plan aimed at restoring the syndicate's prestige and organizing artistic work in the country.
The circular, which was published on the official page of the Artists' Syndicate on the social media platform "Facebook," stated that the Syrian Ministry of Interior expressed its full readiness to cooperate with the syndicate in controlling violations. Any case of illegal practice will be monitored based on an official letter from the head of the syndicate or from someone authorized by the syndicate council or its affiliated branches.
This decision is a continuation of the reform initiatives of head Mazen Al-Natour, who previously expressed his intention to implement positive changes in the work of the syndicate, affirming through a post on his official accounts, "I promise you that the Artists' Syndicate in Syria will be a source of pride for every artist who cherishes their homeland and believes that Syria will return to the forefront as a vibrant heart of the world."
