اصطدمت مطالبات أهالي مركز الكر والحساسنة وقرية عرعر بوادي نعمان بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، بصمت أمانة العاصمة المقدسة، طوال السنوات الماضية، دون تنفيذ الخدمات الأساسية التي تلقوا وعوداً بتحسينها.
فالشوارع متهالكة وتفتقد للأسفلت، والنظافة غائبة والعشوائية تحيط بالموقع. محمد النفيعي، أحد سكان الحي طالب الجهات ذات العلاقة بسرعة تنفيذ الخدمات في الحي خاصة أنهم أكثر من مرة تلقوا وعوداً بتحسينها، لا سيما أن البلدية سبق أن قامت بتحديد الشوارع المقرر سفلتتها وترقيمها من خلال إحدى الشركات التي فجأة اختفت ولم نعد نراها وبقيت معاناتنا كما هي.
ويضيف عبدالله العتيبي قائلاً: منذ ثلاث سنوات ونحن ننتظر أن تتحسن الخدمات في الحي، فالشوارع متآكلة وأصبحت خطرة على المارة والسائقين، والأتربة تتطاير وتسكن في صدورنا، وسياراتنا تضررت وأصبحنا دائمي التردد على ورش الصيانة.
ويتمنى سعد الهذلي من الجهة المسؤولة عن توفير المياه أن تنفذ مشروع المياه الذي طالما انتظروه، فيما طالب محسن السفياني، من الجهات ذات العلاقة بالخدمات أن يزوروا الحي ويطلعوا على احتياجاته لربما يتحسن بعد زيارتهم له.

The streets are dilapidated and lack asphalt, cleanliness is absent, and chaos surrounds the area. Mohammed Al-Nufai, one of the residents of the neighborhood, urged the relevant authorities to quickly implement services in the neighborhood, especially since they have received promises for improvements more than once, particularly as the municipality had previously identified the streets scheduled for asphalting and numbered them through a company that suddenly disappeared, and we no longer see it, leaving our suffering unchanged.
Abdullah Al-Otaibi adds: For three years, we have been waiting for the services in the neighborhood to improve. The streets are worn out and have become dangerous for pedestrians and drivers, dust is swirling and settling in our chests, our cars have been damaged, and we have become frequent visitors to repair workshops.
Saad Al-Hudail hopes that the authority responsible for providing water will implement the water project they have long awaited, while Mohsen Al-Sufiani called on the relevant service authorities to visit the neighborhood and assess its needs, hoping that things might improve after their visit.
