We celebrate a decade of national ambition represented by the launch of Saudi Vision 2030, and we stand in reverence of an exceptional journey led by the wisdom of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may God protect him, with direct determination and empowerment from the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz – may God support him. The vision has transformed from a drawn ambition into an accomplished reality, from an inspiring idea into figures that speak for themselves and evidence that can be felt by all.

The achievements now speak the language of numbers, through its various programs with qualitative statistics reflecting the scale of transformation and the depth of impact. In the housing program, the percentage of Saudi families owning homes rose from (47%) to nearly (60%) in just a few years, in a step accelerating towards a target of (70%) by 2030. In the Quality of Life program, the Kingdom witnessed unprecedented expansion in the entertainment, culture, and sports sectors, contributing to improving lifestyles and creating new economic and job opportunities, making Saudi cities more attractive and of higher quality through humanizing cities and developing quality programs. This contributed to Saudi Arabia ranking 22nd globally in the World Happiness Report for 2026, and first globally in the social cohesion index among the top ten countries.

Its renaissance varied between industrial, logistical, and investment sectors. The National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) raised local content to nearly (59%), enhanced industrial exports, and advanced supply chains, supporting the establishment of a globally competitive industrial economy, and today we take pride in the phrase "Made in Saudi Arabia." In the investment sector, the Public Investment Fund's program led to qualitative growth in assets exceeding (3.5) trillion riyals, with a target exceeding (10) trillion, making the fund one of the top five investment funds globally, enhancing the Kingdom's position as a global investment powerhouse.

The vision also focused on empowering the Saudi individual through the Human Capacity Development Program, with women's participation in the labor market rising to (33.5%), surpassing the 2030 target, and the number of volunteers exceeding (1.2) million. The Kingdom continues to support skills and professional certifications through the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Scholarship Program and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) programs, contributing to achieving second place in the Arab world and 38th globally in human development for 2026, classifying Saudi Arabia among countries with "very high human development." Saudi universities advanced in global rankings, surpassing the vision's targets with 5 universities among the top 200 universities globally, with some achieving very high ranks; King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals ranked (2) globally in innovation and invention, in the list of the top 100 universities worldwide receiving U.S. patents for 2025, with 320 U.S. patents registered in 2025. Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University ranked (11) in the same competition, according to the National Academy of Inventors (NAI) classification based on data from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University achieved first place nationally and 29th globally in education quality according to the Times Higher Education Impact Ranking. The Kingdom also achieved second place globally in the number of major awards at the "ISEF 2025" exhibition with 23 global awards, and advanced to 46th globally in the Global Innovation Index (GII) 2025, with a growth rate of 25.5% in international patent applications between 2024 and 2025. These figures and ranks do not merely represent a commendable classification; they reflect the strength of the research and innovation ecosystem in the Kingdom, transforming its universities into global platforms.

The vision has also paid exceptional attention to health and the economy, leading global data centers to monitor the scale of its health and economic achievements. In the health sector, the Kingdom ranked first in the quality of health data, improved the accuracy of mortality data, and increased life expectancy to 78.8 years. On a macroeconomic level, investment assets increased, and the Kingdom advanced globally, achieving (93%) of the vision's indicators for its interim targets or nearing them, clearly indicating the efficiency of implementation, the acceleration of achievements, and the realism of the strategy.

The global nature of Vision 2030 in the field of technological and space leadership is not isolated from the movement of development and prosperity. In the field of technology and communications, Saudi Arabia ranked first globally in the Communications and Technology Development Index for 2025, first globally in cybersecurity, first in artificial intelligence, and second globally in digital government maturity. These efforts culminated in the launch of the first Saudi satellite (Shams) into a high space orbit, after the participation of Saudi astronauts: (Ali Al-Qarni and Rayana Barnawi) in the AX-2 space mission to the International Space Station (ISS).

This comprehensive vision has designed its qualitative programs: humanitarian, tourism, and sustainability, achieving first place in the Arab world and second globally in relief and humanitarian work through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center. It also achieved first place globally in tourism growth, with foreign visitor spending reaching 135 billion riyals, surpassing the targets of Vision 2030 in the number of Umrah performers and visitors ahead of schedule, with the number of visitors exceeding (100) million under the Guest of God service program. In the field of sustainability, the Kingdom joined the international convention on wetlands in 2025, achieving a leap of 23% in energy efficiency and saving 662,000 barrels per day, and advanced in sustainable development indicators. Major strategic projects were implemented, such as "Green Saudi Arabia" and "ACWA Power," which became the largest private company globally in water desalination and a leader in green hydrogen and solar energy, operating in more than 12 countries.

These are global figures, monitored by specialized entities, testifying that: "A nation is thriving... and achievements speak," and that: "A nation is being reshaped for a glorious future," built on solid authenticity, an economy based on diversity, and a society growing with awareness and ambition.

Therefore, on this precious occasion, we renew our pledge and loyalty to continue the journey under inspiring leadership, towards a future where achievements multiply, and the Kingdom's position solidifies among the ranks of leading countries globally. May God protect our homeland, sustain its glory, and bless its leadership, so that the vision's journey remains a hallmark of achievement and a global model for transformation and future-making.
