تطلق هيئة السياحة السعودية مع كل بداية صيف برنامجها السياحي «صيف السعودية» والذي حمل هذا العام 2025 شعار «لون صيفك»، حيث البرامج والأنشطة والفعاليات الجاذبة للسياح من داخل المملكة وخارجها وبكل مواقع ومناطق وطننا الغالي، وهو اهتمام غير مستغرب بالقطاع السياحي من حكومتنا وضمن رؤيتها الطموحة 2030، حيث تستهدف الوصول بمساهمة القطاع في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي إلى 10% بحلول عام 2030م.
وتزخر المملكة ولله الحمد بتنوع جميل في مناطقها ومدنها بمختلف مواقعها، مما يقدم تجربة فريدة من نوعها للسائح من داخل المملكة وخارجها، ولم يأتِ هذا الاهتمام بالقطاع السياحي من فراغ بل وضعت رؤية ٢٠٣٠ هذا القطاع ضمن أولوياتها لما يحققه من عوائد اقتصادية، فالعمل متواصل والمشاريع السياحية لا تتوقف، وبدأ القطاع السياحي ينشط وبشكل مستمر وملحوظ ويتطور عاماً بعد عام، وحقق قطاع السياحة في السعودية قفزات قياسية خلال عام 2024، جعلته من بين الأسرع نمواً عالمياً، ومتقدماً على معظم دول العالم، ومحققاً أهدافاً سابقة لأوانها ضمن رؤية 2030.
ولأن نتاج كل عمل متقن ومدروس، تصدرت السعودية دول مجموعة العشرين في معدل نمو السياح الدوليين، وسجّلت السعودية نمواً قياسياً في إنفاق الزوار القادمين من الخارج خلال الربع الأول من عام 2025، بنسبة 9.7% مقارنةً بالفترة نفسها من عام 2024، وبلغ إجمالي إنفاق الزوار القادمين للمملكة نحو 49.4 مليار ريال، محققاً فائضاً في بند السفر لميزان المدفوعات بلغ نحو 26.8 مليار ريال، بنسبة نمو بلغت 11.7% مقارنةً بالفترة نفسها من عام 2024، وفقاً لبيانات بند السفر في ميزان المدفوعات لشهر مايو.

The Kingdom recorded a record growth in spending by incoming visitors during the first quarter of 2025, with a rate of 9.7% compared to the same period in 2024. The total spending of visitors coming to the Kingdom reached approximately 49.4 billion riyals, achieving a surplus in the travel item of the balance of payments amounting to about 26.8 billion riyals, with a growth rate of 11.7% compared to the same period in 2024, according to travel item data in the balance of payments for May.
